We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful villa. The property itself is spacious, with wide, open areas perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. The outdoor space with the pool and the bar space upstairs (we didn’t use the bar but it is available if needed) were the highlight. Ebru, the host, was incredibly helpful and responsive, always making sure we had everything we needed - friendly, attentive, and always available, she made our experience even more enjoyable. A special shoutout to Natali, who assisted us throughout our stay! Overall, it was a wonderful stay and we would absolutely come back again. Highly recommended

Nicest sunset Host is communicative and helpful

Absolutely loved our stay! The home we booked was a true gem. The views were breathtaking—waking up to those serene landscapes each morning was a real treat and at night the Bodrum castle looked stunning. The space was beautifully maintained, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything we could need. The host was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. They went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed, and their local tips were super helpful. The neighborhood itself was peaceful yet close enough to everything we wanted to explore. Plus, the internet was fast and reliable, which was a big plus! The home was also spacious and had a warm, comfortable vibe that made us feel right at home. Highly recommend this place—can’t wait for another stay!

We spent our holiday with great pleasure in this house, which we loved the sea and harbor view from the balcony as soon as we entered the house, and which was furnished with tasteful items with carefully selected decoration. Every detail that we didn't even think of has been thought out to the finest detail, everything you need from cleaning to cosmetics, from food to textiles is at your fingertips. Dear host Ms. Özlem helped us instantly with all our needs and questions, we thank her again from here. We had a very pleasant and memorable holiday thanks to this beautiful house.🙏🏻

As seen in the photos of the house, the linens and towels are as clean as you use in your own home. It is quite difficult to walk from the house to the sea due to the slope, but you can go down to the beach in 1 minute by car, there is a parking lot on the beach. The site has its own deck chairs and umbrellas. The beach is not very crowded, you can easily find a place. The site has its own restaurant by the sea, the prices are not bad, we took our own food We took our own raki and they only charged us the service fee. The host Ms. Esra's mother Ms. Sema and her father are incredibly polite, caring and friendly people. They took care of us closely during our stay. We thank them once again for their polite and kind behavior. If you are looking for calmness and peace, I definitely recommend Ms. Esra's house. The house has a magnificent view. We sat and slept at home without sweating.

Great place and great host, amazing location with private beach

Their place is tucked away directly behind the Starbucks off the main street in the harbor. It's a short walk to Bodrum Castle, The Bizarre, and tons of shops and restaurants. shortly after we checked in she came over with a plate of delicious sweet treats. that was the sweetest thing ever. I really felt right at home 🥰 I would highly recommend staying here!

Everything was very nice, the house was nice, it was spotless and it had everything you could need. They were very interested and helped us with everything. We were very pleased.

We stayed an amazing 3 nights, absolutely breathtaking views and the perfect setting for 2 South Aficans who was happy to have a braai (BBQ) every evening. Both Ozguhan and Jale was a dream to communicate with and checked in with us daily to make sure we where fine or if we needed anything. Anything and everything you can think of was available to us, we didnt need to supply anything except our own food and drink. We where also welcomed with complimentary snacks and drinks. We had an Unexpected electricity outage on the last day, but dont fear when Jale is near. She organized a cozy nook for us at a local cafe where we had a wonderful Turkish breakfast and recharged before heading to the airport. I will Definitely be back !

If you decide to stay in Bodrum, you are at the exact right address. Ms. Nihan's hospitality made us have a magnificent experience by anticipating all the problems you need with her sparkling house. We were very pleased with the centrality of the location of the house, on the other hand, being isolated despite the central location. We were able to have a very nice family holiday. All kinds of needs were considered down to the finest detail, it was within walking distance to the sea, and it was extra fun to enjoy the pool, a lush garden, a house that was thoughtfully designed with the sounds of birds. I would like to thank Ms. Nihan very much, I recommend that they do not miss this nice accommodation for those who come to Turgutreis.

We were visiting Bodrum and the surrounding area, and decided to stay at Asim's villa. It turned out to be an excellent choice. The host had someone meeting us at the villa, and checked us in (and out). We got lost, but he tracked us down to make sure that we arrived at the correct location. We could not be more pleased with the villa. For those who love to watch sunset, this is a villa for you. Viewing the sunset at the villa is just incredible. The pool is beautiful (although a bit cold during this time of the year). The photos accurately describes the interior, tastefully furnished, with the amenities that you need. There is even a sauna room (but we did not use it). For those who visiting the area and want a comfortable place with a beautiful view, this is a solid choice.

With the information that Mari sent us in advance, we found the place very well. The villa is in a quiet street and we have always found a parking space right in front. The area is very quiet and pleasant. Smaller shops and the beach can be reached on foot via stairs. We especially loved the view of Kos and the pool. Also the Local Beach is very nice. The city center of Turgutreis is a few minutes by car. There are larger grocery stores and plenty of choice at restaurants. The view of the islands there is one of the most beautiful in the Aegais. She communication with Mari was great, always fast, helpful and super nice. We thoroughly appreciated the stay.

The house was beautiful and professionally decorated. It had a very nice, large, and clean swimming pool. House was sparkly clean. Kitchen had all the appliances. It was in Walkable distance to Yalıkavak marina. Although, walking was safe it was a little lonely. Fatih Bey was very pleasant , friendly and responsible. Whenever I needed help he was there for me with his suggestion from drivers to local restaurants to suggested activities. Overall, I was very impressed.

Ms. Ayşegül's house was really like in the photos, with a very nice view and a shaded balcony from 10am, immaculate and everything you find, a very delicious beach. Ms. Ayşegül's parents, Ms. Şehriban and Mr. Oğuz, are also staying downstairs and are very interested, very sweet people, they gave us delicious treats. It was a very nice holiday, we are very satisfied.

Waking up in bed was incredibly enjoyable thanks to this view. It was peaceful to consume your food and drink against this exquisite view on the balcony downstairs and on the outdoor patio. The house was very clean and had all the equipment you might need (toaster, filter coffee maker, barbecue, hair dryer, etc.). A destination where my family and I will also consider coming during the summer season.

Everything was amazing from check in to check out. Great location, and a place to enjoy. Hosts Onur and Sevgul were very responsive which made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended to families, and couples just trying to get away for a while.

The house we stayed in was exactly the same as the one in the ad. We had no problems communicating with the host Mr. Murat. We were happy that he was a person who communicated in a sincere and only necessary way. A home where you can easily come with your pet. The view from the balcony is magnificent. It is within walking distance to the Türkbükü beach. The house is located in a beautiful boutique site with a magnificent garden. Parking area and pool available. I would recommend it to everyone.

Its location is very close to everywhere and especially to the sea, we come every year and we are very satisfied. Ms. Aleyna was very caring, the house was very clean.

The villa surrounds and hotel complex are beautiful and extremely pleasant to walk around (although note there are some quite steep hills). Everything you need is in the complex. The villa itself is very well decorated, clean and very easy to live in. The kitchen has everything you need and was immaculately clean. The host was responsive and was available at check-in to help us find the villa and settle in. We would definitely go back again.
