The apartment is surrounded by greenery but also centrally located, about a 10–15-minute drive from Lübeck and the Baltic Sea, including the seaside resorts of Travemünde and Timmendorfer Strand. The train station and bus stop are about a 10-minute walk away.

Not far from Lake Ratzeburger in a village location, surrounded by fields and nearby forest, the apartment (90 m²) with private entrance can accommodate up to 4 people. In the summer time you can swim in the crow pond, where a bathhouse is. You can have boatstours, visit the Hostentor and more.

The house is located right in the center of Timmendorfer Strand. If you want to live so centrally, you sometimes have to expect some hustle and bustle and noise in the high season. Restaurants, cafes and numerous shopping are within walking distance. The beach is about 150 meters away.
