The separate bungalow is located on our garden property with private access and of course self-sufficient. 2 spacious rooms with kitchen, shower room, dressing room and large terrace are waiting for you!

Vor dem Haus gibt es Parkraum für 2-3 Autos und ein IKEA - Markt mit großem Einkaufcenter ist 3 km entfernt. Die Ferienunterkunft liegt zwischen Lübeck City (10 km) und den Ostseebädern von Travemünde (13 km) über Timmendorfer Strand bis nach Scharbeutz (18 km). Nach Sierksdorf sind es 24 km und nach Eutin 30 km. Wer an einer "anderen Welt" interressiert ist, findet sie auf der östlichen Traveseite. Mecklenburg ist ungewöhnlich reizvoll und zum "Klützer Winkel" sind es nur rd. 30 km.

Upper Beach - balcony, right in the center, close to the beach

Our new apartment "Upper Beach" is located on the 2nd floor, easily accessible via an elevator. You have a separate bedroom, kitchen and a large living room with sofa bed and sunny balcony. The house is located right in the center of Timmendorfer Strand. If you want to live so centrally, you sometimes have to expect some hustle and bustle and noise in the high season. Restaurants, cafes and numerous shopping are within walking distance. The beach is about 150 meters away.

My accommodation is a complete apartment in the annex of an EFH near the Baltic Sea beach, family-friendly activities and plenty of culture offers Lübeck to Hauf, bus stop 1 minute walk. You'll love my place because of the beautiful surroundings, the outdoor space on the veranda, the view of the Trave water, the fantastic sunrises over the water. Great for couples, business travelers, and families with children. The two mentioned bedrooms are gablechards (see photo).
