"SunShine" befindet sich fast im Dorfzentrum von Pany an schöner, sonniger und ruhiger Lage. Erreichbar mit dem Auto und Postauto. Wir haben sie "SunShine" genannt, weil Du vom Sonnenaufgang bis in den späten Nachmittag die herrliche Sonne geniessen kannst. Alles ist im Preis inbegriffen, inkl. Endreinigung.

In 5 Minuten zu Fuss erreicht ihr: Dorfladen, Gasthaus, Bushaltestelle, Schwimmbad. 15 Gehminuten sind es zum Fluss. Im Sommer laden Wanderungen zu Touren ein, im Winter findet ihr wunderbare Skigebiete. Der kostenlose Skibus bringt euch dorthin.

The modern apartment is located on 1000 meters in the sunny village of Maladers, just a 10-minute drive from the cantonal capital Chur. The stable of the over 100-year-old farmhouse was remodeled with attention to detail. Combined with modern materials such as concrete and glass, the original old wood elements tell the story of earlier times and offers a very special ambiance.
