The apartment can accommodate couples, small families or solo travelers and invites you to linger with lots of charm and stunning views of the mountains. In summer, hiking trails start right at your doorstep, while in winter you can reach the Klosters-Davos and Grüsch-Danusa ski resorts in a short time.

The apartment is on the second floor of our house and has been lovingly preserved and restored in the wooden style. It is simply and stylishly furnished, so that you feel right at home in the distance. It is spacious and offers a large balcony with incredible views over the Prättigau overlooking Klosters in the back of the valley. Come and enjoy the fresh Swiss mountain air. Our well equipped, self contained apartment is a great place to spend some time away in either Summer or Winter. Our place is just a 2 minute drive to Oberterzen to catch the cable car up to Flumserberg for a great day of skiing, mountain biking or hiking. We are also only a 3 minute drive to Unterterzen to spend a beautiful summers day at the Walensee.

Studio with fantastic views

We offer you a cozy studio in the countryside, in a quiet neighborhood on the slope with fantastic views of the oldest city in Switzerland. It is a 15-20 minute walk from the train station to our house. With large suitcases, I recommend taking a taxi (CHF 15.00). Our house is located on a slope. It goes uphill quite a bit and has many stairs. From the house it's a 5-minute walk to the old town.

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. The apartment is located in the old village part of "Pragmartin." The apartment includes a spacious master bedroom, a bedroom and living room with two single beds and sofa, a living room with TV station, a modern kitchen with access to the balcony. This unique place has a style all its own. It is new, well equipped with dishwasher, washing machine and a large balcony. Well located for skiing, some ski resorts can be reached in a short time. The bedroom has a box spring bed 180/200 cm for 2 people. For another 2 people, there is a sofa bed in the living room, so it would also be possible to book the loft with 4 people.
