A traditional house in the heart of Ktikados village in Tinos. Completely reconstructed and landscaped with respect to the traditional Tinian architecture and ideal for a pleasant stay in Tinos. The village is still quiet the whole year round and is located very close to the town of the island. The house consists of a traditional "Katoi" level, ground floor and first floor and has large terraces / balconies on each floor as well as a garden to which there is direct access to the bedrooms.

Θάλασσα, βουνό και ηλιοβασίλεμα στο παράθυρό σας. Από το σπίτι ξεκινάει μονοπάτι 30 λεπτών προς την όμορφη παραλία Λία. Υπάρχουν τρεις εξαιρετικες ταβέρνες σε απόσταση 5 λεπτών οδήγησης. The 1870 listed neoclassical town house lies in the heart of Ermoupolis. The entire second floor, saved for our guests, is a spacious and sunny suite with a spectacular view over the city and the Aegean sea. It consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a living room with access to a balcony and a kitchen. On the third floor is a huge terrace. The space is perfect for families, couples or a group of friends and everything is at a very short walking distance.

Claire is our favorite holiday home of 45 square meters that was completely renovated in 2022. It is located right next to the sea, less than a minute walk from the beach and just 3.2 km from Tinos town while bordering the ancient temple of Poseidon and Amphitrite. It stands out for the Luxury, Comfort, tranquility and privacy it offers, while comfortably accommodating a family of four and couples. It also has a private parking space.
