The building is located in the village of Kovářská and has been newly sensitively renovated. The reconstruction preserved as many original elements as possible and combined them with modern design. The cottage is located in the middle of a meadow, the sunny terrace has a beautiful view of the surroundings. On the ground floor there is a sauna for 6 people with a lounge, a cooling barrel and an exit to the outside. There is also a living room with a kitchenette, which is open to the meadow with a large window and access to the terrace. In the attic there is a social area with a bar, fridge, foosball and table tennis.

A sensitively reconstructed attic overlooking nature and a hot tub on the terrace (for an additional fee) and a home cinema. We'd love to lend you our place. The entire space, including the terrace, will be available to you. We will help you plan a trip and discover the beauty of the Ore Mountains. We take care of our place with love and care. We offer a spacious apartment in the attractive location of the Ore Mountains in the village of Kovářská, just a few kilometers from the popular ski resort Klínovec. The location is suitable for winter and summer holidays and cycling trips. There is a beautiful castle Klášterec nad Ohří nearby. In the summer months you will find plenty of places for swimming. The apartment is 70m2 and is divided into 2 rooms (1 bedroom, 1 living room), kitchen, bathroom with bathtub and shared toilet. Comfortable accommodation is suitable for up to 8 people.

Located in Sehmatal-Cranzahl, thanks to its central location in the Central Ore Mountains, it is the ideal starting point for discovering the Ore Mountains with their diverse attractions and the surrounding nature. In the building from 1905 marriages were celebrated and official business was done in the past. From 1917 to 2005 it served as the town hall for the community.

This green house is exceptional in its atmosphere. The interior is a boutique cottage. Most of the furniture is original, only newly renovated. We made the other furniture, such as beds, cabinets and cupboards, by hand together with our best friends. We spent a lot of time, energy and effort on the overall renovation.
