The "haus in spay" is a historic half-timbered house, built around 1545 in the Moselle village of Zell-Merl. It is located near the river at the foot of a sun-drenched southern slope on the Moselle, the well-known wine region with unique Riesling cultivation and Mediterranean culture. The monumental ensemble with the main house, the vacation home and the steep garden was extensively restored in almost 10 years of construction and mainly in-house according to ecological and traditional criteria.

Exclusive loft in Alf an der Mosel. A newly FRESHLY RESTORED vacation home from the 16th century is rented out. The former wine press house is located in Alf and is only about 100 meters from the Moselle. The cozy, open living and dining area invites you to feel good. The loft has a living area of approx. 58 m 2. IT IS SUITABLE for up to 4 people. On the ground floor is the bedroom and bathroom with shower and toilet. The Kirchberg vacation region "in the middle of the Hunsrück" - surrounded by the Moselle, Rhine, Nahe and Saar river valleys, is one of the most beautiful and interesting natural landscapes in Rhineland-Palatinate. The vacation home is centrally located but quiet in the middle of the village. Restaurants and bike rentals are available. Kirchberg is an ideal starting point for hiking and cycling tours, climbing, exploring the suspension rope bridge or visiting natural and adventure pools.

Fantastic log cabin on the Rhine

In a quiet location with a beautiful view of the Rhine, the log cabin is located right next to the edge of the forest. With 130 m², there is enough space in a 3-room apartment and it offers a pleasant atmosphere with a fireplace. You can explore castles via hiking trails or by boat trips in the Middle Rhine Valley, which is known for the UNESCO World Heritage. All shops, supermarkets (REWE, Lidl), restaurants as well as tourist attractions and boat docks are easily reached on foot.

Home with a view, large property & balcony

Our two adjoining vacation homes, each for four people, are located in Kalenborn, near Kaiseresch in the Volcanic Eifel. On the 800 square meter property, overlooking a lot of nature, you can really enjoy your stay. With 80 square meters of living space and a large kitchen, the vacation home offers enough space for 4 adults, or 2 adults and up to three children. There is an electric grill on the large balcony. You are also welcome to bring your four-legged friends.

We didn't have the heart to tear down Grandma Hilde's house. So we renovated the house for 1 year and got as much charm as possible. Enjoy your own hideaway with a large sun terrace, the old half-timbered but modern facilities. The house is at the narrowest point of Starkenburg, so that you can enjoy the distant view towards the Mosel river and the beautiful Ahringstal.
