Modern, bright and comfortable studio flat in a brand new building (2020). Our 43 sqm luxury studio flat "FEWO 88" is located on the Traben side of Traben-Trarbach along the Mosel river bank. It has a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, air conditioning, floor heating, ventilation system, WiFi, Smart TV, king-size boxspring bed, sofa bed, river view, and elevator. The flat has its designated parking space. The multi-family building is completely barrier-free from parking lot to the flat.

Late Gothic half-timbered house completely renovated in an ecological sense. It is located directly on the Mosel overlooking the Marienburg and the top vineyards of Pünderich and has a large garden with sunbathing lawn and frigidarium. It is a dream house in a dream location: You reach the apartment through the separate stair tower on the 2nd floor, it consists of bedroom, living room, kitchen and small bathroom. It is furnished with the nostalgic style house with solid wood furniture.

Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet und bietet alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt.

The apartment has a special atmosphere ... a mixture of old and new and the rooms merge into each other. You first enter the dining area and look through the bright living room with the wide view into the Eifel. Two steps down you´re entering the cozy living room with a big sofa an then you´ll find the sleeping area with double bed (160x200cm) and a stable bunk bed for children and adults. Cot on request. In the village several restaurants, 1 shop, 1 bakery, winemaker, bike rental, post office, bus stop. For our guests, we have a free ticket for the bus and train in the region on request.

The apartment ecologically renovated from 2013-2017 with historical building materials consists of 3 rooms, kitchen and bathroom for 2-3 people on the 1st floor of the "Old Ferry House". Hospitality has a long tradition in our family, as evidenced by the many entries in our guest books from all over the world. Here every person counts - come in and bring peace to our house!
