Toilet & shower and bathroom cabinet. Hair dryer. Air mattress is available as an extra bed, filled via electrical outlet.

Here you can sit and study nature, the archipelago, hear the seagulls' cries with your morning coffee and go down and take a morning swim as the first thing you do. Children can move freely in the area as there is no direct traffic, instead there are nice natural areas around the area. Cozy and fresh studio apartment close to large grocery stores, tram stop, nature area and Liseberg. If you have a car, you can easily get to, for example, the Delsjö area or to the sea for a swim. Näset, Smithiska Udden or Fiskebäck are 10 minutes away. The apartment is complete with everything you can wish for. There is a 140 cm bed and a comfortable sofa that you can make into a bed. Parking and internet are included. If you take the car here, you also avoid driving through the city center and all the complicated traffic.

My place is right on the beach in the middle of nature. Close to Alingsås, Hindås, Landvetter airport, Gothenburg, Borås. You'll love my place because of the lakeside and nature location. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). The cottage is about 30 square meters and the associated sauna cottage with shower, toilet and laundry is about 15 square meters. Free access to canoe for tenants. Good opportunities for fishing, motorboat available to rent!

In the neighborhood there’s both free and payment parking, just outside of the flat the tram takes you to Avenyn in 5 minutes.

It takes 15 minutes by tram to central Gothenburg. There are several grocery stores just a few blocks away.
