The appartment is on the basement floor of an ancient house built before the turn of the 19th century (1884), with the original doors and windows and in one room a decorated ceiling. It is located in the little centre of Kritzendorf between Vienna and Tulln. You are not far away from the danube and the nearby meadowy woods. The famous Strombad - a bathing area along the river - is a 10minutes walk away. Vienna is easily reached via train in 20-30 min.

Evin bulunduğu semt Viyana da çok yakın olmasa da yarım saat mesafede huzur dolu bir yer. Balkonun manzarası harika. Biz Avusturyaya tekrar geleceğimiz zaman ilk burayı tercih edeceğiz. A truly beautiful place to stay. The decor and finishing touches are tasteful, modern, and wonderfully comforting. The pool and garden were immaculate, and the pool itself was such a refreshing treat after a day spent exploring Vienna. The location is ideal — close enough for a quick trip into the city, yet peacefully tucked away in serene forest surroundings that make it easy to relax and unwind. We genuinely cannot recommend this place enough. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful, making the stay feel all the more welcoming and special.

Nikolaus’s place was the best Air BnB I’ve stayed in - so clean, comfortable beds, lots of greenery, kitchen was fitted with great saucepans and frypans and good quality crockery and glassware. 40 mins to Vienna City by public transport, but we were happy to stay out of the very busy city in the peaceful surrounds at Nikolaus’s place. Aldi was a 10 min walk away as was Spar. Stift, 15 mins walk away was a lovely little town with a great restaurant (Leopold) and amazing Abbey. The town of Kierling was lovely too. Highly recommended.

Das Haus ist groß mit viele Zimmer, Es war alles Sauber und Nett hergerichtet. Schade das der Innenpool kalt war sonst hätten wir es sicher genutzt, Das was ich aber nicht weglassen kann das es sehr viele Spinnen im Zimmern waren, das war für uns sehr unangenehm, kann sein weil schon lange niemand da drinnen war aber sowas muss trotzdem nicht sein. Im Ganzen hat trotzdem alles gepasst die Lage war ganz angenehm und die Unterkunft geber waren sehr freundlich.
