The house is perfect for both 1 and 2 families on a trip. About 5 minutes drive to both Dyreparken, Hamresanden and Sørlandssenteret. Kjevik airport and Kristiansand city center (10 min by car). The area is child-friendly and has two outdoor areas, with outdoor furniture and barbecue. Beach is close by (5 min walk). 2 parking spaces are attached to the property.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful residence. It includes a lovely garden and a patio where you can enjoy the sun from 10 am to 10:30 pm throughout the summer. There is space for two cars on the property. You have 3 bedrooms, two of them with a double bed. It takes 17 minutes to drive to the Zoo, 5 minutes to the city center. We are so fortunate to have great hiking trails and nice swimming areas in the immediate vicinity. The house is cozy, according to people who have visited. You are welcome to book.

Øien 20 fot med 70 Yamaha Masse aktiviteter - fotballbane, volleyballnett, badminton, husker for store og små, slakk line, trampoline, kubbespill. 5 kajakker, 2 supbrett, 2 vannmadrasser og fiskeutstyr for fiske med brygga eller på sjøen. Fisketur med teiner, garn eller stang etter avtale. Badstue tilgjengelig for leietakere

Forget your worries in this peaceful place. The house is located on a large plot in scenic Finsland. The place offers a large outdoor area with a large lawn, a lovely Jacuzzi/hot tub (which can be rented from NOK 1000) terraces and more. Here there is plenty of space to unfold both indoors and outdoors. If you want to visit "civilization", it is only 45 minutes to Kristiansand Zoo, and 40 minutes to the southern town of Mandal. Centrally located residence with walking distance to Hamresanden, one of Sørlandet's finest beaches, and a short distance to freshwater swimming area in Hamrevann.
