If you're looking for seclusion and tranquility, you've come to the right place!The apartment (ground floor) for 2 people has a separate entrance. The sleeping-living area has a box-spring bed, wardrobe, armchair and a 55 inch TV. The modern bathroom is right next door. The dining area offers a kitchenette. A private parking space for you is right in front of the house on the premises. Storage for bikes is possible in the carport.

The fully furnished apartment with terrace is located on our three-sided courtyard. You have a self-contained apartment / 40 m². The 2 beds are 1 m wide and 2 m long, 1 sofa bed is 2×2 m and is very comfortable as a 3rd bed. Hiking in the vineyards of Seußlitz, relaxing in the Goltzscha natural pool in summer and using the Elbe cycle path just 400 m away make you want more. Parking spaces and 2 bicycles are available free of charge. Your own bicycles are safe in our courtyard.

Especially on weekends, it is very quiet. It is an ideal place to relax but also conveniently located to visit various highlights of Saxony.

If you really want to switch off, need new spirit and are satisfied with minimalist furnishings, but appreciate the luxury of freedom, evening sunsets from your terrace, birdsong in the morning and the mooing of happy cows, you've come to the right place. Our beautiful apartment is located in the Chemnitz - Reichenhain district. It offers a modern fully equipped kitchen, living room and bedroom, a daylight bathroom with bathtub/shower. The living room is equipped with a cozy couch, TV chair, flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi and stereo. The couch can be used as a full bed for 1-2 people. The bedroom is equipped with a comfortable box spring bed, a single bed and a large wardrobe.

Deutsch: (for english please use Google translate) The whole apartment is fully equipped, there is an Aldi supermarket across the street and the city center is within easy walking distance. The entrance to the city park is 20 meters away. There is a beer garden with wonderful food in the middle of the park and a famous Michelin (1) restaurant very close by.
