Es gibt zahlreiche Bars, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, die nächste U-Bahn-Station liegt nur 350 Meter entfernt. - ca. 350 Meter zum Kottbusser Tor mit U1 und U8 - ca. 400 Meter zum Görlitzer Bahnhof mit U1 - Parkmöglichkeiten auf der Straße und den umliegenden Blocks - Parken ist kostenlos Der Hinterhof ist sehr ruhig und ihr könnt nahezu geräuschlos schlafen. Die Ecke ist sehr lebendig, so dass ihr viele Möglichkeiten der Unterhaltung findet.

Bett, Küche und Dusche sind offen gestaltet und sorgen dafür, daß man sich nicht eingeengt fühlt, trotz der wenigen Quadratmeter. Das WC hat eine eigene Türe. Gelegen im 4. Stock eines sanierten Altbaus in der beliebten Winsstraße, eigener Eingang und Aussicht nach hinten ins Grüne (kein Aufzug). Auch wir wohnen in dem Haus und helfen gerne bei Fragen oder mit Tipps.

Welcome to our cozy apartment in the heart of one of the best districts in Berlin, Kreuzberg. Surrounded by great restaurants, you will live cozy and quite. You will have a private entrance, a private bathroom and a spacious room with a queen sized bed. You will have more than enough storage. The place has no kitchen, but there is the best restaurants right downstairs. Important: It is 5th floor so a lot of stairs. Not recommend if you have have trouble walking up stairs.

Located on the canal with direct view to the water. The bedroom/workspace are located at the back and are very quiet. Kreuzberg is one of the city's most lively areas. A street market takes place directly in front of the apartment on Tuesdays and Fridays with fresh fruit and vegetables as well as ready made food while on Saturdays you can buy all sorts of handicraft. Kottbusser Tor station (5 minute walk) connects north, south, east and west without the need to change.
