"Max": Fantastic 130 sqm apartment in an old farmhouse. 2 bedrooms and in addition a sleeping area on the gallery with a double bed 180x200 for 2 people, 1 bathroom, 1 guest toilet, 1 large living/dining area. The old farmhouse was extensively renovated, divided into two apartments and lovingly furnished. High-quality materials were used. Some old pieces of furniture have been integrated into the modern furnishing style. Location: very quiet between Tegernsee and Achensee

The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment. The apartment is newly renovated, 100 sqm2 in size, offers plenty of space, light and a view over the lake and the mountains – great to unwind. Living/dining room, balcony, kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms & a sauna.

For nature and culture lovers, Berbling is in the perfect location. The apartment consists of two bedrooms, a small bathroom with bathtub and toilet, a large living area with fully equipped kitchen, dining area and seating in front of a cozy fireplace. Pets are also welcome as long as the animals behave :-)
