Cozy accommodation near the lake in beautiful Bodolz. The middle terraced house is located only 2 kilometers from Lake Constance in a quiet residential area. By bike in 10 minutes or on foot in 25 minutes to the swimming area with beach cafe Lindi. Living and sleeping on 2 floors. Spacious living and dining area, kitchen, terrace with Hollywood swing, toilet and garden on the ground floor. 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with bathtub on the upper floor. Shower in the basement. Apartment on the first floor and second floor

The accommodation is located on Appenzellerstrasse, from Gais to Appenzell. The house is bright, offers plenty of space for 3-4 people on the ground floor and 1st floor. It is a patrician house, blankets are higher (2.20 m) than type. Appenzellerhäuser. The kitchen is fully equipped. 2 high chairs for children/baby beds available. Dogs are welcome. Please register. Hiking trails: cross the road and go... Important: There is also a separate listing on Airbnb for renting an entire part of the house (8 people).

Schwalbennest Ravensburg (Swallows Nest Ravensburg)

Our vacation home is located on the uppermost edge of the slope above the Schussental with views over the cityscape of Ravensburg and the vineyard. It is the “swallow's nest” – a small spot on the city map of Ravensburg that tells a special story.   We have preserved the former "laundry house" in which diapers were once washed for the children's home that was located there at the time, and have lovingly restored it to its former glory. The special flair of this cottage has been maintained.

Loft Remise-Allgäu, 130 sqm, 2 bedrooms & sauna

Built in 1904, the remise was not used for almost four decades and we decided to renovate it from scratch in 2020. The transformation into a spacious residential unit with two bedrooms, an open kitchen and a spacious bathroom in the middle of the village center of a rural community. A pull-out sofa in the upper bedroom, as well as on the couch in the living area, can still be used for another 2 people with prior arrangement. Please see our website for detailed information.

Charming and cozy country cottage

We are Rosa and Dieter and rent a small, cozy cottage, 50 m² with three separate rooms. The house was built in 1800 and is the older part of a semi-detached house. The rooms are cozy 1.85 to 2.05 m high. The shower and toilet are 1.8 m², small! The kitchen has 4 hobs and an oven underneath. Shopping is available in Siegershausen and in Berg 2 -3 km away. Lake Constance and Konstanz can be reached in 10-15 minutes, also by public transport.

Our house is idyllically located directly on the lake with a fantastic view of Switzerland on the Säntis and the Zeppelin city of "Friedrichshafen." For 8 years we have been successful and happy hosts, were allowed to welcome a lot of great people to us, who would also like to book our whole house.
