The bungalow for your own use is located directly on the Lehenhüttl pond in an absolutely quiet location and, together with the owners' house, belongs to the buildings in the meadow that are worth preserving. There are no neighbors (single location). The beautiful town of Jaidhof with a castle and recreational pond is about 500 m away. Krems an der Donau is about 18 km away. The town of Gföhl with shops and restaurants is 1 km away. At the Krumau reservoir (10 km), you have the opportunity for a boat trip.

The Winzerhaus, built in the 17th century for up to 5 residents, with up to 2 baby beds on request, will inspire you, give you security, happiness, comfort, energy - whatever you are looking for. We have carefully restored the historic winegrower's house: that's why there are uneven walls, vaulted ceilings and thick walls. But also a lot of modern things: pool, sauna, a large outdoor kitchen, barbecue, 2 terraces, fireplace & wood stove.

Of course, we are happy to provide a baby/guest bed in the bedroom if required. The idyllic cottage in a single courtyard location is located in the middle of an organically cultivated 10,000 m² show garden, which you can enjoy exclusively during your stay. Unique designer ensemble - right above an old hydroelectric power plant still in operation. A lot of space, for people who need it a little more spacious... it was once the "Upper Mill" of Oberndorf. 1st floor - large room with 90 m² for diverse and creative use with ping pong table. 2nd floor - living room with kitchen, dining table, couch corner, bathroom 3rd floor - room for rest On request, day bookings, retreats, etc. are also possible, depending on availability.

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. Leave your car in front of the fenced property and enjoy the view from the tree house. It is located in the middle of nature on a small pond. A few steps away is a bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine and a kitchen with sitting area and fridge. You share the shower with the guests of the shepherd's wagon.(Total 2 people). A little off to the side there is an aviary with gray parrots.

Wachau B&B with Danube views

Our house is located directly in the Wachau and is an ideal starting point for numerous excursions. Cyclists also get their money's worth, because the popular Danube cycle path leads directly past our house. Double room overlooking the Danube.
