An ideal retreat for a break from city life and hectic pace. Surrounded by vineyards and forests, every season can be enjoyed here. The house is very suitable for family holidays with small children. The modern extension is plastered with clay plaster on the inside - which creates a pleasant indoor climate even in the height of summer.

Time out from everyday life

Everyone is welcome!! Comfort and relaxation in the LOG CABIN on the forest clearing. Dogs are also welcome. Breakfast is included. For NÖ-Card owners, but also without a card, we are very centrally located to various excursion destinations such as Sonnentor, Noah's Ark, Kittenberg adventure gardens and much more. Winter closure from January 7th to February. Limited operation from February until the Easter holidays. The house is alive, so noises (e.g. woodworm) and animal visits (e.g. ladybugs) are possible.

Urlaub mit kleinstmöglichem ökologischen Fußabdruck? Das kannst du haben. Mit unserem OFFGRID Tiny House kannst du in und mit der Natur leben. Das Brennholz kommt direkt aus eigener Erzeugung, der Strom kommt vom Dach, ein Wassertank mit 100 L versorgt dich mit Brauchwasser. Das Tiny House ist an kein Netz angeschlossen und steht für Begeisterte des reduzierten Lifestyles zur Verfügung. Du findest im Haus neben einer Küche,einem Badezimmer mit großer Dusche, einen Wohnbereich und ein Schlafloft

Charming Danube house on the riverbank in the middle of the UNESCO World Heritage Site Wachau. Fully equipped, 1600 m² garden, fire & barbecue area, sports equipment, games. Directly on the Danube Cycling Path & the Romantikstraße – nature, culture, sports & relaxation in one! Danube beach right in front of the house. Ideal for companies, sports, yoga, club events and of course groups and families. Unique and original decor. It is a very old and simple house, hence the low price.

The Winzerhaus, built in the 17th century for up to 5 residents, with up to 2 baby beds on request, will inspire you, give you security, happiness, comfort, energy - whatever you are looking for. We have carefully restored the historic winegrower's house: that's why there are uneven walls, vaulted ceilings and thick walls. But also a lot of modern things: pool, sauna, a large outdoor kitchen, barbecue, 2 terraces, fireplace & wood stove.

Cozy cottage in the countryside - surrounded by forest, near the river and ideal for a relaxing getaway in the Kamptal. The immediate proximity to Rosenburg and Gars Castle is ideal for guests who want to combine their stay with a visit, or work on the rich art and culture events, such as the Opera Castle Gars. A few minutes from the house, charming wine trees with regional wines and specialties invite you to enjoy. Cycling and hiking trails start right from the door!

Of course, we are happy to provide a baby / guest bed in the bedroom if needed. The idyllic cottage in a single courtyard location is set in the middle of an organically managed 10,000 m² show garden, which you can enjoy exclusively during your stay. You can only be reached here via the landline connection - pure peace & relaxation!

Enjoy the sounds of nature when you stay in this unique place. Eating, sleeping, cooking, showering......all in the smallest space, without having to sacrifice the usual comforts. You can relax in the garden, sit by the pond or go for a walk, but also visit the swimming pond which is very close by. Jaidhof is also the ideal starting point for excursions to the Waldviertel or in the other direction to Krems/Danube or the Wachau. (Travel time 20 minutes)

The apartment Blick View over Krems is located in the most beautiful residential area of Krems, right in the vineyards on the Wachtberg. A south-facing terrace provides sun and tranquility all day with a wonderful view of the Tullner Feld, Göttweig Abbey and Stein. The center can be reached on foot in 6 minutes and the Kunsthalle (art hall) Krems in 24 minutes (6 minutes by car). Hiking trails lead directly from the house into the area.
