Welcome to our idyllic cottage!

Our cottage is located in Evetofte/Melby on a nice, densely planted and sunny plot. Here, there is a cycling distance to the cozy Liseleje, which offers restaurants, cafes and a cozy shopping life. It's real Danish holiday coziness at its best. Liseleje also has one of Denmark's best beaches with a magical light when the sun sets after a long beautiful day. In the last few years, we have updated the house with a new kitchen, new bathroom, post-insulated, new thermal windows and a whole garden.

The house is decorated in modern beach house style – ”simple living” with a great amount of charm and a personal touch! The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

Velkommen til mit charmerende sommerhus, hvor der er plads til nærvær og hygge for to voksne og to børn (børnesenge, køjeseng). Det er indrettet i en hyggelig sommerhusstil. Huset har en lækker udsigt fra toppen, solen skinner på den vestvendte terasse. Haven er "vild". I haven er der trampolin og bålsted og plads til leg og solbadning. 5 min gang til Roskilde Fjord, som er er perfekt til børneleg og andre vandaktiviteter.
