The apartment is located on the outskirts in a quiet location with views of forests and meadows. Hausen am Andelsbach belongs to the municipality of Krauchenwies It has about 800 inhabitants. It lies between Lake Constance and the Danube Valley.

Our nice 25 sqm room with bathrooom is located in a little village with green and quiet environment. If it's clear you can see the alps from the garden. You will have your own entrance. In 1 km distance you can find a supermarket and a restaurant in the main village of the community. You can reach sites of interrest at the lake of constance like Überlingen (18km) or Konstanz (42km) and Bodman-Ludwigshafen (11km). A nice little public pool (Naturbad) is very close, only some minutes to walk.

Our apartment is located on the edge of a small idyllic village of 450 inhabitants (near the city of Balingen) with a corner shop, playground and outdoor swimming pool. From your sunbathing area, you can relax and enjoy the view and the tranquility.

Please read IMPORTANT NOTES ABOUT THE KITCHENETTE (under: other relevant information!) Our guest room is on the second floor of our country house at the end of a dead end road. After an excursion on the Swabian mountains, you can slow down and enjoy the panoramic view of the mountains from the balcony. Our guest room can be used by two adults and up to two smaller children (up to 12 years old). We can provide a folding bed and a crib free of charge upon request

Our apartment "Hans" is located in the middle of the idyllic village of Hausen in the valley in the natural park "Obere Donau". If you want to walk or climb, if you want to ride a bike or just have time to enjoy, you're in the right place. The apartment is under the roof. In the house there are two other apartments, all you enter through the shared staircase. The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed, a living-dining room with a kitchen, which is well equipped.

The apartment, which was completed in the spring of 2018, can be reached via an external wooden staircase. Now nothing stands in the way of a relaxing "lake time." The apartment has 3 separate bedrooms all rooms with flat screen TV. The apartment has its own bathroom (towels included) and its own, fully equipped kitchen (coffee maker, fridge, stove + oven, microwave, etc.). The garden with barbecue and covered pavilion can be used. The rooms are rented only to a common tour group, i. if e.g. book only 2 people, the other two rooms empty
