The apartment is small, but perfectly furnished and equipped with everything you need. Its biggest asset is the location – right in the heart of the old town, which means everything was close by. A great place for a short stay in Zadar!

We loved our stay at house Maria. It was in a nice neighborhood walking distance to the beach and many restaurants. Having 3 comfortable bedrooms and 4 bathrooms was wonderful for our group of 3 couples. The sunset over the water from the upper deck was beautiful and the side terrace was nicely shaded in the afternoon. We mostly spent time in Zadar and also went to Plitvice, and Sukošan was the perfect location for easy access to both. Maria and Branka were very accessible and we enjoyed the delicious homemade Limoncello they provided! Yum!! Thank you both for a wonderful stay!

We stayed with Boris in the accommodation for 3 weeks with a dog and toddler and it was really great. The terrace with the view is the highlight, but the bed is also comfortable, the apartment was even cleaned free of charge during our stay and everything was available as indicated. You are a few steps away from the sea or the nature reserve and have many excursion destinations in the surrounding area. When there was a problem, Boris reacted immediately. Really great, we booked again for next year and would definitely recommend the apartment!

We loved our stay with Elza in Zadar. We were there 3 nights and wished we had stayed longer. Elza could not have been more helpful. The apartment had everything we needed and is set in a beautiful yard with olive tree and lime trees. There is a wonderful restaurant a short walk away. Easy to get to the old town of Zadar.

Our stay in Zadar was fantastic. The walk to the main town was around 25 minutes but was very easy and accessible. The apartment was lovely and fully equipped with everything needed. Would definitely recommend this Airbnb to all future guests!

The apartment is great, everything is very neat, with remarkable cleanliness. A luxurious apartment where you feel good. The equipment is complete. The place is quiet, you will sleep well, large closet in the bedroom. Well-equipped kitchen, spacious balcony, the living room is nice, beautiful bathroom, the only downside is the shower, low slope for drainage, the water does not drain quickly enough and it can flood the room very quickly. I recommend it.

We had such a wonderful stay at Villa Fiore. Katarina and Predrag could not have been more hospitable, friendly and helpful. The villa was spacious, modern, immaculately clean, the en-suites from every bedroom made life much easier for us and the kitchen was very well equipped. The pool and outdoor space was amazing and the sunsets stunning. In terms of location, the villa was ideal for us - we hired a car and Zadar city centre was easily accessible in 20 minutes. We reached Plitvice Lakes within 2 hours and visited beaches nearby too. There was a well-stocked Tommy supermarket and bakery within 5km and there was a fantastic mall within 15 minutes drive (called Supernova), which was great for souvenirs etc. I must mention the BQQ - Predrag is an expert and his offer is not to be missed! Great place with everything you could want for a relaxing holiday. Hosts were super helpful and even provided a travel cot and highchair for our little one. Would recommend having a car to get to town but can easily/cheaply park to get into the old town. Ubers were also very available and good value.

Was a great holiday quiet area and the host was very friendly and helpful. The outdoor area was well maintained and the interiors were very nice, only the cushions are a bit hard, if you want something softer you should take your own upholstery. Also the smaller house where the "tavern" is located is very nice with a rustic look but modern kitchen. All in all, this is a great place to stay

The accommodation corresponds exactly to the description and the photos. We were 6th there and we lacked nothing. Downstairs there was a "sofa bed", which was also super comfortable. Everything was clean and as a little attention to welcome there was also a bottle of red wine, a bottle of white wine and an orange juice. The hosts were mega friendly. When we asked what to do in the area and also a little further away, we were informed of EVERYTHING within a very short time - of any activities, good restaurants, places to look at, etc . Further inquiries were answered within a very short time. The check-in and check-out could be individually coordinated. We can highly recommend the place and would definitely book again!

Marko was a very responsive and helpful host. The apartment we stayed in was brand new and very comfortable. We stayed in the room with the AC unit on the second floor and were very comfortable sleeping in that space. We spent most of our time on the third floor on the balcony and in the kitchen which was full of new appliances. Whenever we had a question, Marko was responsive right away and we always felt comfortable reaching out to him.

The accommodation is great and looks exactly like the photos, the check-in was flexible which was very convenient for us. Communication was super nice and quick and Šime gave us some tips for our stay!

The place was very well maintained and in a pleasantly quiet location. The pool and jacuzzi were always very clean and there were plenty of free loungers. In the apartment everything was as described and everything was well maintained. Radovan was a very likeable host with good English skills, the exchange was always possible without any problems. Accommodation as described, had everything you need. Parking available. Local supermarket. Short walk to the Old Town. Easy access to motorways for day trips. Host recommended excellent day trip ideas. Host greeted on arrival and easy communication throughout our stay. Thoroughly enjoyed.

Great place to stay to visit the Croatian coast. Preferably need a car if you want to get around to the national parks and cities but it's really centrally located so no long drives needed. If you're just into swimming, the beach is only a 5 minute walk away (and there's also the pool of course). Slavko and his wife also make delicious food to enjoy on the top-side terrace. Possibilities for boat trips, sight seeing, walking are endless. Really a place to recommend !
