The communication was very nice. Iva is available for any necessary information. A big thank you for all the attention paid during our stay. The weather wasn't always nice, but the kids had plenty to do in the place. Thanks again for that. The accommodation is located near the sea, it can be reached on foot in 10 min. The street is very quiet. Everything you need is present in the accommodation to have a good stay.

Very nice, clean place in the quiet village of Betina, everything worked out fine with the landlord, requests were handled immediately. Of course, at this time (November) there are not so many offers from restaurants, etc., but in Murter there are also very good restaurants at this time, and they are just a few minutes away. Anyway, great! Gerhard

Lidia is really a great host, very kind and helpful all the time. we only miss a little shop or a bar in the neighbourhood

Arso's apartment is a small cozy apartment on the 1st floor, with a balcony from where we could look out over his lush garden, and we could freely eat from the windows and figs. Very close to everything: Baker, supermarket, bar, cafes, restaurants and beach life. Arso is helpful and very hospitable and is happy to share his knowledge of the island.

Ivan makes you feel like you're at home. Check-in with him was extremely pleasant as he acts multilingual [Croatian, English, German] There were all the necessary resources and much more (coffee maker, hair dryer, Netflix access, pool accessories). Any questions we had were answered through Airbnb within 20 minutes [e.g. shopping] The entire holiday was rounded off in a special way, from the welcome vesper plate to the homemade apple strudel of his wife. There was also a great entertainment at the end. We will definitely return. Arrived as guests, left as friends. We have rarely met such a thoughtful host. Before our stay, Sandro was already very welcoming, clear and correct. Our flight got delayed a couple of hours, but that was no problem for Sandro's brother-in-law, Ivan, who waited for us at the house. He was so incredibly kind to get us some food (and beers) to get through the first evening and morning, as all the shops were closed, due to our delayed flight. When we woke up the next morning, we couldn't believe the beauty of the view from the house. Having breakfast outside, while watching the sea, calms the nerves immediately. In a 5 minute walk you get to both sides of the peninsula. Where you can watch sunrise on one beach & sunset on the other one. A lot of beautiful bays are just minutes walking from the house. Both Ivan & Sandro were always available to help, even when our car battery broke down & electricity accidentally got cut off by road-workers. Best hosts we could have in this beautiful place! And great advice on restaurants & must-visits. We truly had a 5-star stay!

We had an amazing stay at this spacious Airbnb. The property is large, private, and surrounded by beautiful scenery. The house is nicely furnished, clean, and has all the amenities you need. The peaceful surroundings offer a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle. The private garden and pool are ideal for relaxing and enjoying nature. The location is excellent, close to charming villages and scenic spots, yet wonderfully quiet. However, you should have a car to get around. Marjan was very friendly and provided great local tips. Highly recommend for a relaxing, rejuvenating stay!

The apartment is spacious, clean and comfortable. The equipment includes everything you need, there were even more things than in the description. Contact with Antonia was seamless and very fast, and all of our additional wishes were fulfilled. The location is superb - beaches, several restaurants and a shop within a few minutes walk, while still being quiet and peaceful. Thank you for a great vacation :)

Ankica was very friendly even though I could not speak Croatian she understood what I said. she was very helpful and let us access the property early. the property is great for what we needed. and is so close to all the amenities. excellent host and I would definitely recommend if you want a simple and relaxing beach stay.

Extremely beautiful apartment with a beautiful garden and swimming pool ! Everything sparkling clean! I would highly recommend it for anyone who wants to come to Zadar. Ivan is super friendly, always ready for you and has given us very nice tips for restaurants etc.

Great apartment for those travelling with a car as it has private and spacious parking. Location is within walking distance to restaurants and the old town. Apartment has all the amenities required for a short stay.

We had a great stay here! You can find everything you need and the owners are very friendly and helpful. The view from the balcony is stunning, we could have watched it all day. There are a few restaurants and shops you can walk to. We would definitely come back :-)

Meri's apartment is a great choice for staying in Zadar! The apartment is located in a family house, so we felt very welcome, and the atmosphere was friendly. :) The apartment description is accurate; we had everything we needed, and everything was clean. You can easily park in a private space right in front of the house, and the grocery store is located within a short walkable distance. Communication with Meri was perfect, and there was no problem. I highly recommend this place. :)

We stayed 5 night and the place was great. It is about 30 min walk to the old town, there is a supermarket 1min walk and bigger one 13 min walk. The place is great and has everything you need. Kitchen is well equipped and Matea thought about all small details such as as mosquito coils and candles. There is outdoor space with table and chairs under olive tree which is great for breakfast and dinner. We would definitely stay again.

We had the best time in Zadar and Luka and Leti really helped with that. The flat is lovely, super clean, great light and view of the sea from the balcony. The flat is in a peaceful alleyway and less than 5 minute walk from the beach. The hosts were super responsive and even sent us great recommendations for things to do during our stay, great tips for places to eat, the best nearby beaches and nice sightseeing in the area. We loved every minute! We highly recommend staying here and hope to be back. Thank you so much Luka.

The place was nice, with everything we needed. The bed was good, a nice shower and nice to have an airco! The kitchen had everything we needed. On top of that all was the garden super! Specious, quit en has a nice bbq place! Loved it en most definately would come back!

I highly recomand this place. The view from the tarrace is stunning! The kitchen is very well organized, it was a pure pleasure to prepare diner and breakfast here, there is every equipment you need and even more. The beds are comfortable, the whole apartament is very clean. The Island has a lot to offer and a lot of beautiful small beaches are nearby. You don't need to have a car to reach the apartament from a ferry. Altough I recomand to rent bikes and visit far locations. We'll defenitely come back soon :)

Lovely apartment and fantastic host. Andre was super responsive and had a bit of an issue outside of the flat and he was really helpful in getting it sorted out for us. Truly went above and beyond! Only thing to mention is that the joint balcony is up a ladder which was fine for us but worth noting as people could struggle with jt

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. Easy and helpful communication. Apartment was exactly as pictured. Clean comfortable and cozy. The location, especially the balcony and private water access was so nice. There are a couple of good nearby restaurant options (including 1 next door with boats of tourists coming by the waterfront access most days). Really lovely and kind hospitality from Vedrana’s mother, Jasna, including welcome fruit from the property and drinks. The only possible critique is the internet is a little slow, but steady and functional for most things. Highly recommend! Thanks again!

Very friendly and helpful host. Clean and well-equipped apartment. Large outdoor area with fantastic views, which is mostly in the shade thanks to the Mediterranean orchard. 5 minutes from the nearest swimming area and a short drive to many beautiful beaches.

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor on a hill above Sibenik. Everything was as described. We had a great stay! The apartment was large and extremely clean. From there you can walk to the center of the old town within 5 minutes. The balcony is nice and quiet and you have a great view of the city. Anita is a very nice and dear hostess. She picked us up by car from the parking lot, as you cannot park in the streets near the apartment or it is better not to. She gave us many tips for the area and the city. We will be happy to come back ❤️

This apartment was right on the marina close to restaurants and a market. The place was clean and charming; even more modern than the photos show. Also, the terrace was a wonderful addition for hanging out. Dinko was very personable and accommodating to our needs when we arrived. Washing clothes was easy too. I’d book this place again in a heartbeat!
