The Villa is on 1st floor with a private entrance and the entire 4bhk is private including the balcony and whatever is given in the photos , accept the garden it will be shared , but there is lot of space like there are 2 different gardens nobody will invade your space , we keep same nature of guest on both the floors , if there is a family we make sure the ground floor is also booked by a family or vice versa,a sufficient place for bigs groups at least 10 people can fit,max 12 with exta charge

My House is perched on the edge of the Valley, overlooking the Krishna River. Thanks to all the reviews given to us by the guests. All the Bathrooms are newly renovated.. You’ll love my place because of the views, the coziness, and the location. A Nature lover will love my house. Trekking also possible from my place but not in monsoon. A huge place at an amazing location making it ideal for DESTINATION WEDDINGS with all the expertise and experience. AIR Coolers can be made available on request.

Amazing Stay at Malhar by the Hills, Panchgani We had the most incredible 2-night, 3-day stay at Malhar by the Hills in Panchgani! Our group of 10 was blown away by how spacious, beautiful, and well-maintained the property was. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm hospitality and stunning views that made us feel like we were in a peaceful retreat. The house is very well-equipped, with plenty of room for everyone to relax comfortably. The outdoor spaces were perfect for enjoying the crisp mountain air. A huge highlight of our stay was the food! The meals prepared for us were absolutely delicious and the staff was always available to help with anything we needed. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, the food was always fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. We definitely recommend this place and will visit again for sure!

Vikrant and Ana are amazing host. Their place is amazing and away from the crowd of Panchgani/Mahabaleshwar. Peaceful surroundings, you can take a walk, hike in the neighbourhood. Their farms are amazing. If you are animal lover you will love the place. Vikrant was very helpful. Due to some unforeseen issue we had to delay our check out, Vikrant was very nice to accommodate that.

One of the standout features of our stay was undoubtedly the exceptional care provided by the caretaker couple Ashok and Kavita. They were incredibly attentive, always ready to assist with a smile, and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Their warm hospitality truly enhanced our experience. As a vegetarian family, we were particularly thrilled with the home-cooked, pure vegetarian food. Each meal was a culinary treat, prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients and bursting with flavor. It was such a relief to not have to worry about dietary restrictions. Cleanliness and hygiene were top notched. Highly recommended for friends & family staycation with beautiful memories.

Mesmerizing view, spotless clean and well furnished property, looks exactly same as it is listed- this is one of the best stays I had with AirBnB. The property is quite spacious, actually suits if you have a big group of 8-10 people. Even though the property was quite old as per locals, it was renovated with all modern amenities and maintained nicely. Our caretaker Sunil was quite helpful, was always willing to help. There are few functional issues and property might not be quite VFM, but it's not deal breaker considering the location, space, breathtaking view. Just a side note- Even though the property has well equipped kitchen, there is no cook available for making any meals at home, however there are plenty of restaurants available nearby for online ordering. Overall it's a must recommend property.
