Stone house with an area of 100 square meters, a plot of 30 acres, on the banks of the Kumiyoki River. The house is renovated after the overhaul, all the furniture is new. On the shore there is a building with a wood-burning sauna, a rowing boat (there is a descent). The house has parking for 4 cars. You can rent bikes. There is a Russian-speaking guide. Kouvola City 134 km northeast of Helsinki and from St. Petersburg 280 . Six kilometers from Finnish Disney Land Tykkimäki and outdoor water park, restaurant 3 km, shops 800 m, indoor go-kart center 1 km away.

Ylellinen vuonna 2022 rakennettu pieni huvila kristallinkirkkaan Vuohijärven rannalla, Repoveden kansallispuiston läheisyydessä. Kaikissa huoneissa on suuret panoraamaikkunat ja huikeat näkymät luontoon ja järvelle. Mökki on varusteltu vaativaankin makuun kaikilla mukavuuksilla, pohjoismaisilla design-huonekaluilla ja nykytaiteella. Puulämmitteisestä saunasta on vain muutama askel loivasti syvenevälle hiekkarannalle ja isolle laiturille, jolta pääsee pulahtamaan järveen ja talvella avantoon!
