The apartment is equipped with basic amenities and household appliances. It features a 120-cm double bed and a sofa bed that can be converted into a 160-cm bed. No Wi-Fi is available. Close to restaurants and bars, approx. 200 m to the grocery store in the Hansa Center. Railway station and travel center 500 m. In front of the house there is a large 4h disc parking lot (weekdays 8-17, other times free parking)

You will have access to a 78-square-meter winter-inhabitable house with two bedrooms and an electrified granary with 2 different sleeping areas. A total of 8 beds. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen, wifi, dishwasher, microwave, air heat pump, wood sauna, shower, indoor toilet and washing machine. From the sauna you can jump into the lake, whose sandy bottom deepens gently. Good road to the house and good opportunities for outdoor activities, mushroom picking and berry picking in the environment. Barbecue canopy, 2 bicycles, 2 kayaks and a rowboat are also at your disposal.

Enjoy your stay in the bosom of nature on the shores of the lake. Heat the sauna, relax in the sauna while watching the lake scenery and occasionally jump in to swim in the clean lake water. Repovesi National Park is located a couple of kilometers away. So combining cottage living with hiking is a great success. In addition to the cottage, there is a barbecue hut where you can also stay overnight. A dock and a rowboat can also be found on the beach. The place is unique: a quiet private peninsula and traditional Finnish handicrafts in the cottage.

Do you want to stay in a cottage in the countryside and still be close to services? Come and stay in our traditional log cabin by the lake! The cabin has modern amenities and a toilet. On the beach, there is a wood-fired sauna, for which water is carried from the lake or the cabin. Please note: You must know how to heat the sauna and how to wash yourself in the sauna. There's no shower in the cabin. Kouvola, Tykkimäki and Mielakka ski resort are only 20-25 minutes away and less than 2 hours from the Helsinki metropolitan area. Not for party groups.

Nearby cities are about 1.5 h to Helsinki, 45 min to Kotka, 45 min to Hamina, 1 h 10 min to Lahti, 40 min to Loviisa. 40 min to the center of Kouvola.

Small home, in the city center

You can borrow my studio home located in city center of Kouvola. My home is across the market square. Neighbors are rather elederly people. Some noise you can hear ofcourse, since it s a question about appartmentbuilding from 1970. I have a dog, chihuahua Mila, so even though I clean up, its possible to find some hair. Mine or Milas. So my home is not suitable for dog-allergic persons. For the sleeping, I have a 120x200 size of a bed. Its very good for one person, but bit tight for two.
