The building was designed and constructed by the Tokei team, and the team operates it as an inn for many people to use. The distinctive architecture is a redesign of an old townhouse using modern construction methods and traditional materials. Recommended for those who want to relax in Azumino and Ikeda-cho, as well as for stays of one night or more as a base for sightseeing in Kamikochi and Hakuba. Convenient location as a base for sightseeing in Hakuba, Kamikochi, and Tateyama-Kurobe.We also accommodate group trips, family trips, and stays of several nights to long-term stays.There is a laundry machine and a bathroom with a dryer, so you can enjoy a comfortable stay even for extended periods. You can get here by public transportation, but having a car is more convenient in this area. If you come by train, there may not be a taxi available at the station, so we recommend planning your transportation in advance. Free pick-up and drop-off are available from Akashina Station and Shinano-Matsukawa Station.We can arrange paid transfers to and from Matsumoto Station, Nagano Station, and the Sawando Bus Terminal, among other locations.

This house overlooks Lake Nojiri and has a superb view. There are several ski resorts (Myoko, Kurohime, Madarao) about 15-20 minutes away by car, making it a perfect base for winter sports. Enjoy the wood stove sauna and the water bath with a view. There are no private houses around, so you can listen to music and watch movies loudly. Because it is a house located deep in the mountains, we take the best measures, but in the warm season, insects come out. It snows a lot in winter. In autumn, fallen leaves dance. You will also need to adjust the wood stove fire yourself. It's not an easy house to live in, but we promise you a great view and experience. Enjoy cooking with a counter kitchen with a view, condiments and cooking utensils. (There is no equipment for BBQ)

For summer vacation bookings in 2026 (for stays from July 21st to August 31st), children up to elementary school age stay for free. The 20-tatami living room has a sunken hearth (currently unavailable) and you can enjoy the old Japanese private house. There are 3 bedrooms, so you can stay with a large number of people, such as family and friends. No meals are provided. You are welcome to use the full kitchen freely. There is a backyard at the end of the dirt floor that continues from the entrance, and you can walk around freely.
