Apartment vacation rentals in Koto City

Nous sommes restées presque deux semaines chez Hiroko et le logement correspondait en tous points à nos attentes ! Il était un peu petit mais convient parfaitement pour deux personnes ! C’est juste dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de lavabo de salle de bain mais notre hôte propose l’équipement nécessaire pour pallier à ça ! Je recommande ce logement, en particulier pour sa correspondance aux descriptions et son quartier remplit de restaurants tous plus alléchants les uns que le autres !! Merci pour votre accueil ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The hosts where the best! Super friendly and always accessible. Would definitely stay again next time in Tokyo. Location is very close to the station making it very easy to get to Tokyo station.

We were 5 adults and there was lots of space for us. Perfect location - close to the subway and lots of great restaurants.

i came here for our 3rd anniversary trip with my boyfriend and we absolutely loved this place!! we highly recommend it for its awesome location right next to a 7/11 for late night munchies and lots of other good bakeries and restaurants. it’s also a super short walk to the train station and it’s a quick trip to central tokyo via the express train. the place was spotless and beautiful. one of my favorite spots is in that little nook above the entrance that i’ll miss so much along with the massive windows. the hosts are super sweet and kind and made our stay till the very end extremely easy and enjoyable. my most memorable stay so far!

Clean, quiet, and very well appointed home. It was obvious the host took great care to try and think of every detail to make this a comfortable stay. He was exceptionally responsive and also helped me with some of my trip plans when I asked. It was greatly appreciated! It is not close to the center of the city, which wasn’t always convenient but I would not have wanted to stay in the heart of bustling Shibuya, so it really comes down to preference.

Chie is very friendly and her place is in a great location—ideal for two. A more local neighborhood, not filled with tourists, so perfect if that’s what you’re looking for.

Such a great find! The flat is stunning and looks exactly as described, spacious and very nicely designed and decorated. The area is also very vibrant, loads of restaurant and the host kindly provide a long list of places to go

I had a cozy and pleasant stay! The space was comfortable and had everything I needed. It was a great place to relax after a long day, and the overall atmosphere felt very homey. I’d definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a nice and peaceful stay.

We chose Minato because it’s closed to Roppongi, Azabudai and Ginza. It’s more private neighborhood. Not too far from lots of eateries and nice restaurant. You can see the beauty of Tokyo Tower at night when you walked around the area. The host warned us about noise because of the thin wall but our stay was pleasant. There was no noise. We didn’t even realize there were 3 other families in the building. We liked that the elevator was private and connected to the entrance of the room straight. The place was immaculate. Bed and pillows were comfortable. 2 people were just nice or 2 people with 1 child. Communication was easy. Our flight was delayed and had to do a late check in. We were going to be late to our restaurant reservation. We contacted the team and they helped us call and change reservation time. My feedback would be providing amenities like shower caps and toothbrush. If you do laundry at 2-3 am, there was no one using the laundry. There are 2 washing machine but 1 dryer

Rua was very helpful and understanding when my check in was delayed due to airline delays. The place was easy to find and in a nice area

The apartment is very spacious and clean! There is lots of closet space and places to lay out luggage without ever feeling cramped. The view from the bedroom window is spectacular at night, just a beautiful view of the Tokyo Tower. The appliances worked great especially the on-demand water heater, the super auto heat function on the microwave and the Dyson hair dryer! The shower room heater/room dryer dried our clothes and the room super fast. Walkable to a convenient store, grocery store, and good restaurants. The neighborhood is truly silent at night yet convenient to multiple train lines. Excellent stay❣️

The room is well-equipped. It includes all the things you’ll need and the amenities are clean and well-preserved. The location is very convenient, one-minute walk to the station and there is a supermarket nearby which sells food cheaper than the markets in the city center. The owner provides clear instructions and pictures, easy to check in. But note that there is no elevator. Overall the place is clean and comfortable. The price for stay was also reasonable! Great neighbourhood! Wonderful, cozy, and quite home for 2-3 people (max). At first it appeared too small (welcome to Japan for the first time) but within the next day we started to feel at a comfortable, cozy home. we checked in at 230am and it was flexible and comfortable. Pearl was very helpful in local recommendations and provided clear instructions for a comfortable stay. The locality is wonderful, authentic, and homely! love the train station vibes on slow afternoons. it has everything you need! Thank you Pearl for a wonderful stay 😊

Our host was very nice and responsive to our questions.The instructions and house rules sent were easy to understand. The apartment was clean but smaller than we expected, it is just nice for 2/3 people. The neighbourhood is quiet but it has a lot of stores such as supermarket, drug store, convenience stores and laundromat (there’s a small laundromat near the supermarket ) within a short walking distance. The nearest train station (Keisei-Koiwa station) is a short walk away and you can walk about 20 minutes to Koiwa station on the Chuo-Sobu line. From Keisei-Koiwa station, you can take to Narita Airport directly without transfers).

숙소가 엄청 깨끗하고 생각보다 넓었습니다 숙소위치도 역에서 가까웠으며 근처 마트가 3곳이나 있어서 좋았고 숙소주변이 조용하고 깨끗해서 좋았습니다 번잡한 번화가보다 조용한분위기를 즐기고 싶다면 추천합니다:)

Amazing! First accommodation of many in Asia and not disappointed!

After a long day of traveling from city to city, it was very convenient for us to do a self check-in at Shunki’s Airbnb in the evening! The space was cozy and we felt comfortable for our last night in Tokyo! Also, the host was friendly and responsive. We recommend staying at this place!

Super spacious for Tokyo and the location was amazing! We could easily walk to the both the sky tower and senso-ji. The host provides a fantastic user guide for everything in the house and was very responsive. Would stay again!

Für einen guten Preis eine Gegend mit alles was man benötigt um zu Fuß zu erreichen. Zentrum Akihabara in 15 min erreichbar und knapp 5 min zur nächsten Bahn um die weitere Orte zu besuchen oder zu erkunden. Mehrere Konbinis sich gleich um die Ecke.
