Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Koto City

Loved our stay at Akira's property. It was the perfect location, quiet yet a short train ride into the city. Well suited for our group of 7 people. Bathrooms were clean and beds were very cosy. Would definitely stay again.

Kan's place is located in a really peaceful but still easily accessible part of the city that we really enjoyed. Kan provided a lot of detailed information to help get around the area and reached out often to provide any help we might need during our stay. He is very responsive, and you can tell a lot of care goes into his guests. Kan also put in a lot of extra effort to make their AirBnB feel very welcoming and personalized to us, which was a really pleasant but great way to start our trip in Tokyo. Check-in is flexible, with a lot of detailed instructions and images to guide you. The house feels very unique to stay in, and you can tell there was a lot of thought put into designing a warm and comfortable space to stay in. It's a quieter neighborhood that always felt relaxing to wake up to in the morning, or come back to in the evenings - Definitely recommend staying here if you get the chance.

Great location which is just a short walk to the subway. Short train ride to places like Shibuya and Shinjuku. Yet quiet and peaceful. The personal parking was a big plus for us as we were driving. And the washer with dryer was really convenient. Place was neat and clean. Miho was responsive and instructions were clear. A hidden gem in the heart of Tokyo.

Our stay was in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to public transportation. Our experence in Tokyo was made better by staying here.

Love staying here. Feels right at home. Everything is super clean and Kim was very helpful and such a great host, with fast responses and actions. Kim definitely took the extra step and service for her guests. The place is spacious with every furniture near brand new. My family and I definitely loved the laundry/ dryer machine 🤩🤩 it’s amazing and allow us to not worry about not enough change of clothing’s. Kim is super friendly and will help you in any way she can, not limited to restaurants recommendations or closest transport to Shinjuku or even given visual directions to help you find the closest supermarket. She made traveling with a big group of family a breeze. Thank you Kim, will definitely stay again next time I’m in Tokyo.

Our family loved staying at this place. It is located in such a lovely and lively neighborhood. It's just one station away from Ikebukuro where you can shop, shop and SHOP! It's also nearby some great restaurants and konbinis. The host was very lovely and attentive to our needs. They let us keep our luggages in their house even after check out time which was the most helpful thing ever. All in all, would recommend this airbnb for sure.

Has a good walkable area with plenty of restaurants right outside. Very close to the train station, just on the other side of the market. Wifi only worked on top floor and didn't have great connection on first floor, could use a range extender. Elevator is small and can only carry 1 big person or 2 smaller people at a time, had to take turn ls going up and down.

If you're traveling to Japan with a toddler, Ryota's place is perfect. My family and I stayed here for a week and it was like a home away from home. The space was just the right size, spotlessly clean, and stocked with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable week. One standout feature for us was the pack ‘n play crib, complete with bedding—our son slept soundly every night! The house itself was great, but the location sealed the deal. There's a supermarket and mini-mall just a short walk away for essentials, and Ukima Park is only 10 minutes on foot—such a beautiful spot and the perfect playground for our little one. The neighborhood offers a quiet retreat while still being connected to Tokyo’s must-see areas. Ryota was so responsive and helpful, which made our stay even smoother. Overall, this Airbnb was a fantastic find. We highly recommend it, especially for families with young kids. Note: there are two long flights of stairs so pack light and be prepared to carry luggage.

We had a nice stay in this villa, a quiet and peaceful street and easy to get to the city center.

Jkp was extremely helpful and responsive. The location is great - 5 minutes away from the subway. A few minutes away there were very good local restaurants and cafes. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. We would be happy to visit again. Highly recommended!

This space is in a peaceful little neighborhood. Easy to find, and was a nice little respite from our long trip.

In one word - fantastic. Great host. Lots of support. Very communicative. They sent a document ahead of time that was helpful. The house - wow. Lots of space for a place in Tokyo. The rooms were very clean. They provided towels. The rooms were spacious. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. Walking distance to good restaurants and convenience stores. Laundromat was just around the block. I would absolutely come back. This is what you hope an AirBnB will be.

Qiaoling is an amazing host & made my family of 7 feel right at home! She met us when we arrived late at night and gave us a tour of her place. She really ensured we all felt comfortable and left us some goodies to eat as well! My whole family loved our stay and truly felt we were right at home. The station is walkable and we liked that we were near convenience stores. She always checked up on us and even offered to ride us to the station. Thank you Qiaoling for a beautiful stay & hopefully we wil be back!

Our stay was fantastic! The home was absolutely lovely and felt so welcoming. Everything was very clean and well-maintained. The check-in and check-out instructions were clear and easy to follow. While it was a bit of a walk to the three nearby subway stations, the benefit was that the location was wonderfully quiet and very comfortable. There is a convenience store and a supermarket just a short distance away. Wonderful stay!

We really enjoyed wonderful weekend getaway! The house was clean with many amenities and cozy. The jet bath and the sauna made us relaxed, a lot of things to do; our favorites were playing basketball, axe throwing and Molkky never bored us. Highly recommended for both families and groups.

When I opened the door, I was greeted by a pleasant wood scent, and I immediately knew that the best extraordinary experience was about to begin. I used the private sauna for the first time.I felt it was the most luxurious. We saw shooting stars at night, and it was an unforgettable trip. I stayed with my friends and family with children, and overall it was a safe place, and the children were able to play with peace of mind.It was very comfortable.Thank you very much.
