On the ground floor there is a living room, open kitchen, bathroom and a room. Upstairs there is the master room and en-suite bathroom. It is 400 meters from the center and 800 meters from the beach. Our pool in the common use of 10 apartments is 5x14 meters. There is no parking problem.

The Kizilyer coast is 1 km away, there are restaurants with family businesses and a menu consisting of seafood. The Cumhuriyet(Saranda) coast is 4 km away and there are most family-run restaurants there. We have our own boat on a daily tour on the Kizilyer coast.
