Wow. What a place. The pictures are not giving the place enough. It is way prettier in reality. Very helpful host, welcomed us with ice cream and cake. Also, the place has big garden outside and BBQ area. It was cold even in the middle of the summer when we visited. Such relaxing and wonderful place. Thanks really for having us and being so welcoming. We will come again inshalla.

It's very cozy and beautiful place for both romantic couples and big family. You can enjoy an absolutely amazing view- the biblical mountain Ararat right from your balcony and meet the sunset and sunrise. Near the house big garden with the fruit trees you can enjoy as well. In the yard big covered place-pavilion for the open air parties and barbeque. It's very quiet and privet place surrounded beautiful nature. In the house there is everything you need, everything is clean! Armen very attentive and responsive host. I highly recommend!!!

Шикарное расположение домика, хороший ремонт и обустройство внутри. Есть мангал, небольшая кухня с плитой, посуда, а также постельное белье и полотенца. Расположение прям на берегу Севана. Рядом с монастырем много ресторанов, есть маленькие магазины, также можно доехать на такси до супермаркетов. Нам очень понравилось!

Mikayels attention to details was extraordinary, his care and attention to detail was fantastic. The home was well kept and maintained, the facilities in the property were great and everything I needed was there. I can only say he made everything easy, the location is close to the shops and gyms. I would highly recommend this place! And I will be back in the near future to stay. Thank you for everything.

Очень хорошая квартира в классном доме, комфортная, просторная. Большой балкон с автоматической крышей. Удобные матрасы. Все работает - стиральная машинка, посудомойка, духовка, кофемашина. Владельцы заселили нас в поздний час, привезли, то что попросили из недостающего. Все было четко и вежливо. Большое спасибо!

Amalya is an extremely welcoming host. We arrived at 5 am in the morning and she met us at the place with a welcoming pie! This is the house in a village, yes, it has it's pros and cons. It's fresh and calm air just 2 minutes walk from the most epic views Jrvesh park and 15 minutes walk throught the forest to Woods Center - a modern coworking space. Outside that it's a village without much infrastructure. It's way cooler then in Yerevan itself during hot days. Recommend for a monthly stay for a nomad to mix with working at Woods Center and enjoying forest walks like me.

Хорошая квартира. До центра Цахкадзора 1.5км, до подъемника 2.7км, всё можно пройти пешком, но такси тоже работают. В доме есть небольшой магазинчик. Вокруг холмы, лес, чистый воздух. В квартире было тепло, несмотря на мороз -20 ночью на улице. Спасибо хозяевам!

An experience above and beyond. This is what Airbnb is for to me. Honest and local experiences. This cabin is situated on the end of the end of a road, up in a valley. There is a little stream running meditatively just outside. The neighbours curiously yet respectfully and says hi at a distance. A fireplace the contemplate by and stars to gaze at. It's setup for more reflective days. Don't just plan to stay a day or two. Consider a week, at least. I haven't even mentioned the host. Anna also went above and beyond to adjust a little miscommunication, no questions asked. She has a warm and inviting personality, she smiles ans laughs a lot and considers that extra curiosity in an encounter with someone. She is well travelled, and speaks perfect(!) and comfortable English.

Me and my partner stayed here for two nights while visiting Armenia (mid December) was exactly what we were looking for, a private and peaceful hut with all amenities you could ask for. Vahe the host was easy to contact and met us on arrival to show us around. The hut itself was cosy but spacious, there was only two of us but would be perfect for another couple had we came with others. The location is perfect for traveling to see lake sevan and further afield. The hot tub was ideal and was more than hot enough to sit in -11 and be comfortable. The rest of the garden (fire pit, bbq and seating area) we didn't utilise due to the cold weather but would be amazing in the summer. Added bonus for us there was a lovely dog that came and visited the hut, I appreciate that may not be everyone's ideal situation. All in all I couldn't fault anything here, apart from some building work in the area but that cannot be controlled by the host. 10/10 for me!

I’ve spent a lovely week in this historical place, these cottages used to be residences for the worldwide famous composers and musicians of 20th century. The cottage is located in the woods, on a hillside with a mountain stream at the bottom. There is a terrace with a stunning view and a fireplace, perfect for relaxing evenings with a glass of wine. You feel a great level of privacy there, the next cottage is far away and you barely would meet a single person during the whole day. The area is very quiet and beautiful, you easily find breathtaking spots to gorgeous landscapes and mountains there. Taxi works fine, there is even food delivery from Dilijan restos. The cottage itself is very cosy and modern, renovated recently, with fine tuned grand piano inside (was important for me, I was looking a place to practice myself). Karen, the owner, is a super nice person, very friendly and helpful. Treated me as his personal guest, arrived with local food and wine. He showed me Dilijan attractions personally, introduced me to his friends and then we had a very nice dinner all together in Erevan. True Armenian hospitality. Strongly recommend to everyone.

Nice place, good cabin.

Приехали на месяц в Ереван, случайно нашли этот замечательный дом. Находится на возвышенности и открывается прекрасный вид на часть города. Хозяйка очень гостеприимная, нам сразу понравилась. Мы приехали очень поздно, не успели заехать в магазин, а дома были котлетки в морозилке, очень приятно. Рядом очень много дружелюбных собак, которые готовы облизывать тебя хоть весь день. Нелли очень любит животных, как и мы, поэтому мы их тоже прикармливали и игрались с ними Очень советуем, останетесь довольны! 🙂

Great place to stay, perfect location in Garni. Great restos nearby but they also have good food in the stay. Private, gated and secured. Host was great, friendly and helpful.
