First off, it's super close to the mall, which is a major win. There is an entrance in the fence at the hotel side, which makes the walk a lot shorter. The swimming pool is nice and spacious and the seating area is covered, making it a wonderful place to sit by the pool. Whether I was chilling by the pool or just hanging out in the lobby, the WiFi van Ming Garden was mostly on point. Major plus. The room itself is super comfy. The shower? Amazing. It's like a mini waterfall – so relaxing. One of the best showers we had during our travels in Asia. There is also a water filter in the room. No need to worry about buying bottled water. One more thing – they clean your room every week. You come back after a day out, and it's like a mini-hotel miracle.

Super service en nette kamer. Airconditioning werkt goed. Alleen gaf de taxichauffeur aan dat dit geen veilige buurt is om ‘s nachts over straat te gaan als buitenlander. Wij hebben niks vervelends ervaren en super goede host.

The location was extremely convenient, placed right in the centre of everything that we wanted to do. The space was very clean, and was pleasantly surprised with all the extra items that were available to us at no extra cost, including powerbanks and umbrellas. The place was nice and clean, with all top of the line amenities. Hosts were extremely helpful and friendly, with regular check-ins without feeling intrusive. Will definitely consider returning for our next visit! ☺️

Just wow. Having been traveling for quite some time I was amazed to find such great value with so many thoughtful touches. Absolutely loved the hotel, but the service and hospitality is even better. My room was stunning and the bed was very comfy!

The spacious living area features a large window offering views of the sea. A modern table is surrounded by high stools, and comfortable seating options, including soft couches and cushions, are arranged on the wooden floor, creating a welcoming social space.

superb value for people coming in groups, nicely designed bedroom with bunk bed with curtains for privacy, it even has charging port and a little night light beside the bed!! the place is clean and with an ultimate view to a sea coast, and it's right opposite of a street full of bar and party places, all within walking distance. however it was abit confusing when we were checking in, there was no pre check in instruction,but luckily matt was responsive and linked us to one of their reception employee, and we were then felt welcomed. recommend this place A LOT, and will definitely visit again when we're back in kk.

The reception area features a wooden front desk against a simple beige wall. Decorative plants and a small display add a welcoming touch. A sign indicating 'RECEPTION' is prominently displayed above the desk.

We stayed here for one night in a twin room. It’s basic and you get what you pay for. Everything is clean and there is nothing to complain about. The staff is really helpful regarding any questions. But bring your own toilet paper because there wasn’t any in the bathroom.

24小時都有房務員在櫃檯，清晨退房也沒有問題，房間內日常生活用品皆有，續住第二晚也還是有房務員來打掃跟補充用品，是去沙巴旅遊可以選擇住宿的地方

Definitely worth your money to stay here. It's minimal yet tasteful design gives off a sort of sophisticated vibe to it. The bed was comfortable however the headboard sticker at the room I stayed had started to peel off already. The fan, air conditioning, TV, steamer, kitchen, hair dryer works just fine, it'll get by. Toilet had a simple configuration but definitely reached my satisfaction (sink, toilet and shower space only). The lifts were fast so we didn't have to stand around for long and wait to get from ground to 20th floor. Staff at the check-in counter was friendly yet professional. Props to them for making the process run smoothly. Bonus points for having strong internet available and preparing enough towels for 2 people as I had ordered.
