Vacation rentals with a pool in Kota Kinabalu

Surely i will come again, I love the place. Quiet neighborhood even on Hari Raya. The house is clean, well maintained, can cook, can watch u tube, netflix etc. the host provide more than enough for me. i felt like home, plus i love the mini pool & the ambiance is very relaxing.

The room is very clean and hygienic. It is also very close to the sunset of Tanjue Beach.

The place was incredibly clean, well-maintained and price was very reasonable.

Very comfortable place. Bed and pillows were extra comfy. Nice and quiet. Convenience store and fast food restaurant available downstairs.

Alisa’s place is perfect up to 4 pax. She provides enough utensils and cutleries and suitable for a family to cook dinner . She is also very responsive to our questions and request . My friends and I are very happy to stay there and would recommend it to our family and friends

Amazing Family Stay with a Private Pool – Unforgettable Experience! Our family had a fantastic time at Ocean Villa! The private pool was definitely a highlight—our kids spent hours swimming and playing while we relaxed poolside. It made the whole trip feel extra special and private. The villa was spotless, spacious, and perfectly set up for families. We felt right at home with everything we needed, from a well-equipped kitchen to comfortable beds and a safe, peaceful environment. Check-in was super easy, and the host was kind, responsive, and thoughtful throughout our stay. The location was quiet but close enough to restaurants and shops, which made it super convenient for a family trip. This place offered great value and created beautiful memories for us. Very responsive, very responsive hosts.

This airbnb place was the first place that felt like home, i know its cliche but it actually felt that warm and cosy which added a bit of flavour to my stay here in KK. other than that, the host was very responsive and kind as well, normally i would give a highest 4 stars rating for airbnbs but this deserves the extra star.

Good location, downstairs is imago shopping mall. But only 1 thing is the Bathroom ceiling wall need to repair.

Best Airbnb & host I've ever experienced!

The room is very nice, you can see the mountains on one side of the window and the sea on the other, it's very beautiful, watching the sunset from the balcony is very beautiful.The room is very clean and the decoration style is very modern. It's really nice to have a direct water dispenser. We have a lot of people, so it avoids the trouble of constantly boiling water.The host was very nice. After the stay, they provided us with luggage storage services. It was very convenient to deposit and pick up the luggage.There are also many restaurants downstairs, the food is very good, and there are 2 24-hour convenience stores.Grab is also very convenient, downstairs is the pick-up point, a perfect check-in experience.

It was a very warm welcome stay. Last minutes booking, but stil worth it for 2 nights stay. Alison thank you so much. Will book again next time 😃

Yo-Yo is a wonderful host, was always ready to help us and help us. The apartment is perfectly located above the shopping center, which has a huge number of shops (including a grocery store), cafes and restaurants. They already wrote about the planes that fly over the house, but they did not bother us at all. On the contrary, it was interesting to see them and take great photos. The apartment itself is spacious and very cozy, we really liked it there. There is a fruit and seafood market within a 15-minute walk from the apartment, which was also convenient.

Tze Yin was a wonderful host, very friendly and proactive. Location is very central and within walking distance to many shops. Checking in and out is easy. Would 100% recommend this stay to anyone.
