Great location, very remote and quiet. Privacy great, if you have any questions, the landlords are directly on site. Large house, spacious garden (you have about 1000 square meters to yourself) with a view of fields. A good value for money - really recommended!

Thank you for your hospitality! I was warmly welcomed and provided with the most important information. The equipment of the house Carl left nothing to be desired, rather everything necessary was at hand that you need for a few days with self-catering. The house itself is very bright, charmingly located in the garden of Villa Anna and offers small oases with chairs and tables in the garden so that you can enjoy your coffee and breakfast in the morning in peace. The way to the beach can be reached in a few minutes and also through the forest which could hardly be more beautiful. Thanks again to the warm owner and landlady - so you imagine rest and draw strength.

We had a wonderful time here and felt very comfortable! The house offered us 6 people enough space, 2 bathrooms were super convenient and everyone was a fan of the sauna. Just a few steps from the house you can walk and breathe wonderfully on the dyke. The sea can be reached in a few minutes by car. Marius Airbnb has given us wonderful days. The host himself was always available and made a great effort for us. The house is great, especially for many people, for example, sufficient dishes and cutlery, enough rooms, all rooms beautifully furnished - some with kitchen. Sauna, hot tub, pool table... everything your heart desires! The area is wonderfully quiet, by car you can reach Szczecin or the lagoon very quickly. Conclusion: we'd love to come back!

The house is beautifully decorated and exudes a warm, welcoming atmosphere. You can tell that it was decorated here with a lot of love for detail – I immediately felt at home. Very well maintained, clean house with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The quiet location and the beautiful garden make the house a perfect place to relax. Cozy, tasteful and absolutely comfortable – a real home away from home. The house was better than expected – stylish, comfortable and equipped with everything you might need.

We felt super comfortable in the Villa. Everything was very clean, just as described and really well equipped. Also in the kitchen there was really everything one could need. The location was great too. Seebrücke and Südstrand were within walking distance

We had very nice days at the place for Easter. The house has exactly the amenities that are described. The house is new and very well finished. The high-end appliances in the kitchen were great, which makes a stay with several people much easier. The bathrooms as well as the rest of the house were super clean, the bathrooms are very modern and newly refurbished. We would rent the house again, as it does not require long journeys to Kołobrzeg or Świnoujście.

The house is spacious, modern, and clean tastefully decorated, with a very large garden and beautiful detached sauna overlooking nature. It was tiptop clean and it has pretty much everything you could want, from high-quality comprehensive kitchen equipment incl. Oils, spices, coffee to board games. Since everything is quite new, the garden of the neighboring cottage is still quite visible, but sauna and hot tub have a privacy screen. Maja was very friendly and accommodating. When we arrived, even the hot tub was already warm!

We will definitely be back! The place is an absolute dream – great for relaxing and perfect for families. Especially convenient are the child protection gates on every staircase, which were even very helpful for our dogs. The beach is within walking distance, and the dog beach is also not far away. We didn't miss anything at Villa Emma. The sauna and fireplace were our highlights! After a long walk on the beach, we were able to relax wonderfully in the sauna. Also the hot tub was a dream 🥰 The sun protection was a great idea and very helpful for us, as fortunately we were allowed to enjoy sunshine every day. If you sleep with open windows, you should expect morning street noise – but that didn't bother us. My family, including my 87-year-old grandma, enjoyed it so much that we really want to come back next year. The communication with the Schmidt&Steinbrink family was👌?
