Cottage 1 is a spacious Cottage made from 2nd hand bricks and extensive use of timbers, sleeping 6 in 2 bedrooms. Popular in winter with a woodfire (April-Nov, wood supplied) plus a spa bath. Full kitchen facilities, comfy leather sofas, dining table, heating, air conditioning, free wifi, BBQ and farm animals grazing. Full bedding and towels provided.

Less than 10km drive to peninsula hot springs or Alba and close to all the mornington peninsula attractions. NO SCHOOLIES
