Our bright 80 sqm apartment "Traumzeit" (Dream Time), only 5.5 km from the popular Kaiserbäder, is located on the first floor of our house and is flooded with light thanks to the floor-to-ceiling windows and is a real vacation idyll. Up to six people can vacation in the beautiful Ulrichshorst, within walking distance of Lake Wolgast with a swimming area and restaurant as well as a forest, which invites you to take a walk at any time.

The apartment is 45 m² and has one bedroom, a kitchen-living room with dining area and sofa bed, shower room and a terrace with lounge furniture and lots of sun.

The beautiful fireplace and sauna provide a cozy winter retreat. For workaholics, we have set up a fully equipped office.

The property is in Korswandt on the island of Usedom. One town away is Seebad Ahlbeck, one of the well-known Dreikaiserbäder on the Baltic Sea beach, which can be reached in 7 minutes by car. The attic apartment with balcony, modernized in November 2019, is located on the 1st floor of a residential building. It can accommodate 2 people. The car can be parked on the property. Bicycles can be stored in the carport.

OSTKüSTE - Design apartment close to the beach

With 50 sqm the light-flooded apartment on the 1st floor offers space for 2 people to stay. It is furnished with a separate bedroom and a spacious double bed. The open, custom-made and fully equipped kitchen with dining area adjoins the cozy living area, where you can make yourself comfortable on the cozy couch. The bathroom features fine tile and a large walk-in shower. The double bed has a size of 180 x 200 cm.

Sit back and relax - this stylish accommodation is great for a quiet and relaxing vacation. The beach and lakes can be reached quickly. Cycling is very important here and is possible in all directions. Hikers will also get their money's worth. Shopping in Bansin is about 4 km away. In the high season, a baker also comes weekly.
