Welcome. The apartment is located in the very center of the city, but it is located on the courtyard side, so it is away from the main street. It is a two-room apartment on the ground floor with a kitchenette and a balcony. The entire area is beautifully landscaped with greenery. There are two entrances in the building, one of which is with a ramp for the disabled / prams. Nearby you will find a park, a gallery, shops, a promenade and the most beautiful beach 15 minutes away. The apartment is 45 m² and has one bedroom, a kitchen-living room with dining area and sofa bed, shower room and a terrace with lounge furniture and lots of sun.

In the middle of the “Am Stettiner Haff” nature park and on the edge of the Ahlbecker Seegrund nature reserve, our romantic farmhouse from the early years of the last century is located on a large, fenced property. The farm consists of a house surrounded by linden and spruce trees with a well-kept front garden lined with boxwood and an adjoining thatched barn.
