Welcome to a charming little cottage where you can enjoy the sound of the waves and the birds chirping with your morning coffee. Located just a few minutes' walk from Kelstrup beach (about 150 meters), it offers the perfect setting for your vacation. The large sun terrace is for long days in the sun, and a spacious garden invites you to play and have fun, while a convenient outdoor shower is perfect for a quick rinse after a day at the beach. New cottage in the absolute 1st row and private beach at Musholmbugten and only 1 hour from Copenhagen. The house is 50 m2 and with a 10 m2 annex. The house has an entrance hall, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to a nice large loft. The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcove.

(Will follow in English) Fantastic charming cottage, in an excellent location! The feeling of standing on the deck of a ship when the sea and beautiful beach are 4 meters down from the house. There are stairs down to the beach. Beautiful 180 degrees view of Storebælt, both from inside the house and from the terrace. The terrace is south-facing so there is sun all day :-) It is 26 meters wide and forms the heart of our beautiful summer house. You can see both the most beautiful sunrises and sunsets from the house.
