The flat is located in the fifth district, in the heart of downtown Budapest. The neighborhood is lively and restaurants, cafes, and ruin bars are all around. The street is very close to the famous Dohany synagogue and Vaci shopping street. Getting around couldn't be easier from this flat. You can either walk around to the famous city center highlights or use any of the excellent public transportation; bus, metro or tram. The flat is 50-200 meters distance from bus, tram and metro stations. The flat is located in the second floor of an historical building that was designed by the same famous architect of the opera house. The flat is modern but the building is not renovated and has NO LIFT, similar to many of Budapest's downtown buildings that bring together past and present, old and new.

Fully central 1 bedroom apartment from where everything is accessible on foot, 1 minute from the bus station. The bedroom opens to the small bathroom with a shower, so it is more comfortable for 1-2 people, the toilet is separate. Another room is a living room with a kitchen, equipped with pots, plates, a refrigerator, and a fireplace. There is a pull-out sofa where you can watch TV, but 1-2 children can also sleep.

The area around the house is a safe, parking fee-free zone. The hospital is 6 minutes on foot, but the city center is easily accessible on foot, comfortably 15 minutes. The studio is on the highest (4th) floor in the building (with elevator), so even though located in the very center of Palace District, it is still very quiet. The internet is high speed, so it is perfect to use as a home office. The apt is located 3 mins walking distance from Blaha Lujza square (metro 2, 4/6 tram - 24/0), buses, bars, restaurants, cafes are also super close :)
