The place is like a very nice hotel. Perfect for my needs and stay. Will only be staying there when I visit again. The rooms, the space, the view were beyond what I expected. Deepak was a big help in guiding me and helping with whatever I needed during the stay. Can't say enough of how nice the place is and the hospitality during stay.

The place was good. Great for a long stay. Peaceful society and medical and groceries available in 50m distance. The place was well equipped as well with washing machine, toasters, utensils and cutlery. Vivek was also very responsive. Recommended.

Wonderful stay guys ..! I have been staying 🏠 here for last 4 times and every time the experience Is becoming better ! This is by all accounts a fabulous place to stay. If you can overlook the dishevelled main entrance and the Effingut offices on the same floor, all is good.. Once you close the front door it's an oasis.. Plenty of hot water clean as can be with all the bits and pieces anyone will need for a weekend away. This really is a special place and highly recommended. Private and peaceful are the added bonus..

Thanks Pravin for being great host. The location is great and as described it was very near to airport . I spend very less time in the property as I had a flight to catch early morning. But the time spend in property was very good and it had everything that you need at home to stay. I would love to spend more time whenever I visit next.

First of all I will like to thank Sulekha mam for such a pleasant and wonderful stay. She was really helpful and responsive. She instructed properly to find the location. Property location is really good and many good restraunts and hangout places are at walking distance. She kept the milneral water and milk in fridge which was a nice touch. Every equipment was as mentioned here and working properly. Maid came daily for cleaning and home is properly maintained. This was such a nice find beyond my expectations and I will definetely book it blindly for the next trip.

The place was exactly what we expected. The checkin and checkout process was super smooth and the view from the balcony was so mesmerising . If you are looking for something affordable, homely and with great view this is where you should come

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Baner. The space was exactly as shown in the photos clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully furnished. It had all the essential amenities, which made my stay really comfortable. The location is great too, with easy access to cafes, restaurants, and local stores, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful and relaxing. The host was polite, responsive, and made sure everything was taken care of throughout the stay. Overall, a great experience I’d happily book this place again!

I stayed there with family. Pratik was an extremely responsive and considerate host, right from the first inquiry. The place is as good as it gets. The description on Airbnb was fairly accurate. It's in a desirable housing complex. The flat is extremely spacious and has all that one needs to stay comfortably with family. Any minor shortcomings were immediately taken care of by the host. There was zero interference from the host and he always checked in if everything was okay. This sort of freedom is essential, esp. when you are staying with your family. Highly recommended.

I had the opportunity to stay at this hidden gem in Pune. Firstly the host, Mr Sachin is an exceptionally generous and friendly person who let us check in earlier making special arrangements as our flight was early morning and got the place prepped after the previous guests left. He gave a very detailed tour of the property which is frankly a truly amazing and aesthetic space. He is a very well mannered host with great respect for his guests.
