The place is like a very nice hotel. Perfect for my needs and stay. Will only be staying there when I visit again. The rooms, the space, the view were beyond what I expected. Deepak was a big help in guiding me and helping with whatever I needed during the stay. Can't say enough of how nice the place is and the hospitality during stay.

The place was good. Great for a long stay. Peaceful society and medical and groceries available in 50m distance. The place was well equipped as well with washing machine, toasters, utensils and cutlery. Vivek was also very responsive. Recommended.

Wonderful stay guys ..! I have been staying 🏠 here for last 4 times and every time the experience Is becoming better ! The garden 🪴 on the back makes your morning more fresh 💕 I recommend every on to take this experience atleast once ❤️🧿 And the lady on the desk miss sayali is always responsive and helpful to everyone 🧿

This is by all accounts a fabulous place to stay. If you can overlook the dishevelled main entrance and the Effingut offices on the same floor, all is good.. Once you close the front door it's an oasis.. Plenty of hot water clean as can be with all the bits and pieces anyone will need for a weekend away. This really is a special place and highly recommended. Private and peaceful are the added bonus..

place is right at koregaon park behind german bakery lane at this price point with the location aspect its great deal if you are looking for restaurants hotels and all the connectivity.

Good to stay worth visiting.

I very much enjoyed my stay at in the Urban Oasis apartment. This is a one room studio, peaceful and agreeable, equipped with a nice sitting area, kitchenette, comfortable bed, bathroom (the hot water works well!), and air conditioner. The neighborhood is lovely, one of the best in Pune, safe and stylish, with very tall and majestic trees, nice shops and restaurants, in proximity to the Osho spiritual center. Suffyan and his mother are very gracious and responsive as hosts. They took care of all my needs during my stay. There's also a handy-man and housekeeper available. Highly recommended.

We stayed at Shiva’s Nest in Amit’s Bloomfield for 3 nights, and our experience was simply wonderful. This place truly stands out for its peaceful ambience, cleanliness, and thoughtful setup that caters perfectly to families or small groups. The apartment is a spacious and well-maintained 2-BHK, with a private, homely feel. From the moment we entered, it felt like a second home — clean, airy, and inviting. The interiors are tastefully done and all essential amenities are provided, including a fully functional kitchen, clean bathrooms, comfortable beds, Wi-Fi, and smart TV. The location in Amit’s Bloomfield society is serene, secure, and easily accessible from major areas of Pune, especially Katraj and the Mumbai-Bangalore highway. The society is well-kept, and we felt safe and comfortable throughout our stay. What we appreciated most was the host’s attention to detail and readiness to assist whenever needed. The check-in process was smooth, and the host was warm, responsive.

Place was exactly as it looks in photos.. Location was quite calm and away from the hustle, exactly what we were looking for.. Caretaker Mr.Ganesh was really helpful. Aman was very slow in response. Few shortcomings were there, but those can be neglected...

Really good place to stay , had restaurant in building , situated in middle of the city, stay was beautifully decorated and had ample amount of space of 2-3 persons, all necessary things are there like cooking utensils, tissue papers etc it felt like home.

The place is secured and well maintained with basic amenities. The hosts are very responsive and thoughtful. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a short of long stay in Pune.

I stayed there with family. Pratik was an extremely responsive and considerate host, right from the first inquiry. The place is as good as it gets. The description on Airbnb was fairly accurate. It's in a desirable housing complex. The flat is extremely spacious and has all that one needs to stay comfortably with family. Any minor shortcomings were immediately taken care of by the host. There was zero interference from the host and he always checked in if everything was okay. This sort of freedom is essential, esp. when you are staying with your family. Highly recommended.
