I had a stay that was in line with what I wanted, quiet and peaceful. Mehdi was attentive and gave very good advice. Before arriving he gave me a little tour and then at the supermarket so that I could do my shopping. I thank him very much. I recommend it without so much as a second thought... And I'll be back...

beautiful place, very modern and well connected. the area is very quiet and just 5 minutes from sidi bou said and marsa la plage. i highly recommend it since for a family of 4/5 people it can be a perfect solution, also given the presence of two bathrooms (one a service room) eric was very helpful and this is definitely a plus. thanks again!

Great host + location!

I stayed at Nabil's place for two weeks, and it was just as described: clean, cozy, and well-equipped. The kitchen has everything needed for cooking, all in good condition. The location is convenient, just a short taxi ride to the center of La Marsa and other places in Tunis, with some minimarkets and cafes nearby, but it is also a neighborhood in La Marsa that is still developing. Nabil is very helpful and always available for any questions. Overall, a very good place to stay.

I had an absolutely perfect stay at this apartment! Everything is spotless, especially thanks to the maid who does a remarkable job. The space is well-equipped, nothing is missing to feel at home. Sabrine is an amazing host: she responds to all my messages, no matter the time, and is always available to satisfy my requests. I highly recommend this listing and would not hesitate to come back. Amazing location, spacious place, free and safe parking and very helpful host

Teddy was really helpful and understanding considering we had to rearrange our arrival a number of times. The apartment is in a great location, minutes from a beautiful beach, a couple of shops next door to the apartments and a main road with everything you could need within a 10 minute walk. Taxis are regularly available on the road outside. The apartment is large, with plenty of space including a good sized terrace that is partially open making it a lovely space for work and rest. The beds are comfy and bedrooms have window shutters making sleep restful, giving me the best sleep I've had in a very long time! The place benefits from both air-conditioning for the summer and gas central heating in the winter which was very welcome as it was pretty chilly in the evening during January. There's also a washing machine and good hanging space away from the terrace area. Overall we really enjoyed our stay here. It's in a great location, has everything you need and pretty cheap!

From the moment we booked, Emna was incredibly kind, professional, and impressively responsive. Communication was smooth and effortless, and she went above and beyond by providing a baby bed for our 2-year-old, a gesture we deeply appreciated. The building staff, Mohamed, was always friendly, respectful, and ready to assist. We were so impressed by the comfort and hospitality that we extended our stay without a second thought. Nice house, clean and tidy, fully equipped kitchen, and a beautiful big balcony, even if you don't go out all day, it's very comfortable to sunbathe on the balcony👍

Very very nice design apartment with everything you need, ideal for couples. Quiet area, not very close to main city center attractions (but taxi will get you there easily), but closer to Sidi Bou Said, Carthage, Marsa. Supermarkets and money exchange are close, you can get there by foot. Definitely recommended, especially for travellers that intend to rent cars.

We recently stayed at Imen’s Airbnb and it was excellent. The apartment was very clean, the beds incredibly comfortable and the living room was cozy and a great place to relax after a long day in the Carthaginian heat. Even better was the hostess's responsiveness, local advice, and warm welcome. She was humble and open to improvement and went out of her way to buy missing kitchen appliances and bathroom supplies to make our stay more comfortable. We highly recommend this place ☀️🐟🌴
