J'ai passé une expérience magnifique dans cet appartement ! ll est exactement comme sur les photos, très propre et bien agencé, L'endroit est situé dans une zone calme, tout en étant proche de toutes les commodités nécessaires, ce qui rend le séjour très agréable. Mariem, l'hôte, est vraiment exceptionnel.Elle est très gentil et réactif, répondant rapidement à tous mes messages De plus, elle m'a permis de venir avant l'heure du check-In à, ce qui a été un geste très apprécié. Un grand merci à Mariem pour son hospitalité et pour avoir rendu mon séjour si agréable. Je recommande vivement cet appartement, c'est un véritable havre de paix !

J’ai séjourné dans cet appartement du 1er au 5 janvier. L’appartement était très propre et idéalement situé à proximité de toutes les commodités. Je tiens à adresser une mention spéciale à Monsieur Mounir, qui s’est montré particulièrement chaleureux et serviable tout au long de mon séjour.

Very pleasant stay in a quiet area of Lac 2, which is accessible to the city center and Marsa. Apartment is spacious and well maintained. Emna was very responsive and helpful.

bellissimo alloggio, molto moderno e ben servito. la zona è molto tranquilla e a soli 5 minuti da sidi bou said e marsa la plage. consiglio vivamente poiché per una famiglia da 4/5 persone può essere una soluzione perfetta, vista anche la presenza di due bagni (uno di servizio) eric è stato molto disponibile e questo è sicuramente un punto a favore. grazie ancora!

Ho soggiornato qui qualche giorno insieme alla mia famiglia e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti. Gli aspetti in assoluto più positivi sono stati la comunicazione amichevole e reattiva, la flessibilità oraria e la disponibilità in generale. L'alloggio in sé era gradevole e conforme alla descrizione. Consigliato!

The space was spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we could possibly need—including a well-stocked kitchen that made us feel right at home. From the moment we booked, Emna was incredibly kind, professional, and impressively responsive. Communication was smooth and effortless, and she went above and beyond by providing a baby bed for our 2-year-old, a gesture we deeply appreciated. The building staff, Mohamed, was always friendly, respectful, and ready to assist. We were so impressed by the comfort and hospitality that we extended our stay without a second thought. RAS sejour conforme à mes attentes

Very very nice design apartment with everything you need, ideal for couples. Quiet area, not very close to main city center attractions (but taxi will get you there easily), but closer to Sidi Bou Said, Carthage, Marsa. Supermarkets and money exchange are close, you can get there by foot. Definitely recommended, especially for travellers that intend to rent cars.

Nice and clean. Comfortable place to stay…just be careful not to lock yourself out on the balcony 😅

Bonjour Pour notre première visite en Tunisie Eh bien ma femme moi même et nos 3 enfants venons de passer un séjour agréable et inoubliable dans ce magnifique logement qui cachait plein d'autres atouts non visibles sur les photos. ..Je vous laisserai les découvrir par vous même En plus proximité immédiate de : (Banque ....Carrefour....Go sport ....Restaurants. ...Fast food...Pharmacie...salon de coiffure. .etc.... ) et autres surprises et surtout une extraordinaire madame Souhir et son époux qui nous ont accueilli avec cérise sur le gâteau...un petit dejeuner copieux et des collations dont les enfants se souviennent encore Elle se mettra à votre disposition pour vous faire découvrir bien d'autres belles choses à voir en Tunisie. Je ne vous parle pas de la vieille Mabrouka qui vous fera découvrir les saveurs de la cuisine tunisienne ....N'hésitez pas à recourir à ses services. Encore merci Madame Souhir pour toute l'attention Je vous recommande cet appartement et vous ne le regretterez certainement pas. Famille KEITA
