A quiet place to relax. Very good use of air conditioning with cooling and heating. The stream has water for 8 months of the year, which adds another touch of tranquility! Theta is a 60 sq.m. stone guesthouse, a few meters from the square of Stemnitsa. Built in 1867, it is the "katowi" (ground floor) of a traditional village house.
