In the yard, there is a barbecue, a smokehouse, and a compost toilet. You can drive directly into the yard. The location is also great for traveling north – only 3 km from the 5 road and 20 km from Kajaani. Local services: Neste Kontiomäki, 8 km.

Completed in 2014, our cottage is located in Paljakka, close to ski trails and mountain biking trails. The cottage's facilities are located on two floors. A deck with a glass railing throughout the cabin's width allows you to sense the peace of nature, both in winter and in summer. The yard has a wood storage, a fire pit, and a lot. A lot to use from April to October, for a separate fee. Pets are prohibited. Distances: Tourist center in Ukkoha 26 km. Shop: Poland city center 30 km and Ristijärvi 26 km.

Bath area with shower and toilet. The balcony is glazed. Peaceful condominium with silence at 10pm. No smoking on the balcony as well.
