Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Konitsa

We had a great stay, really beautiful apartment in an amazing location, and Spiros was really warm and welcoming, thank you!

Drini had a lot of patience, he was aware of our trip and arrival time as we had problems with the google maps. We were at home, very comfortable, clean and very rested. It has been a real pleasure.

My experience with Tereza’s apartment was excellent. She was very hospitable. The surrounding area had numerous fantastic restaurants in walking distance.

I absolutely loved this place! The location was absolutely perfect being right off the main streets so you could sleep peacefully but easily walk to all the action. The host was very sweet and easy to communicate with and overall highly recommend! The only heads up I will give is that if you are packing heavy, just be aware parking is about a 5 minute walk over cobblestone from the apartment. However the parking is still incredibly convenient and the host takes care of it for you!! Thank you and we will be back!

The 5 of us enjoyed staying at this new apartment. It was clean, warm and had lots of hot water. The children had toys to play with, along with games and books to read. The apartment had a beautiful view of the mountains and was only a short drive to the center of Ioannina. Thanasis and Georgia were gracious hosts and gave us suggestions on things to do in the area.

Quite a good location compared to Ioannina. Located a 7-8 minute drive by car. It is close to the cave of Perama, a 5-6 minute walk away, worth a visit. Close enough to what is shown in the photos. Very receptive owner and willing to help with everything. She was also asking us on her own if we need anything. It doesn't include anything for breakfast except the basics (Greek coffee and sugar). If I had to find a point to improve, it would be the dinnerware that was overused. Generally if you want to visit the city of Ioannina and the surrounding areas is a home that could cover the basic needs of either a family or a couple or small/large groups

this is the nicest house we have been, nicely decorated , like a real dream vacation home. kitchen with everything you need, gave us advice on activities, restaurants everything we wanted to know. the house is in a village, all neighbors came to say hello, the cute dog, cat and even a 🐓. and there is fireplace ready with all equipment needed. we sure will like to come again

The house inside is clean and comfortable and in a prime position in my humble opinion. If you want to get a car to leave the city you can do it quickly, avoiding the traffic of the center, while if you want to move on foot in the city until you can do it effortlessly. Distances are not long for someone who wants to walk. This neighborhood is comfortable with parking, which is very important. The owner was very helpful and kind and given the opportunity we will definitely choose the accommodation again.

This was a beautiful place to stay in a lovely, walkable city! The villa was beautifully decorated with very comfortable beds and everything you could possibly need! We would love to stay there again!

Mandy’s place is an absolute gem. Hidden in the mountains of Tzoumerka is the absolute best place to find yourself in peace and tranquility. I highly recommended this establishment. 5/5

Nice Guy, very helpful! The airbnb is a bit narrow but has all the stuff we needed for the two nights, no kitchen tho. The Outside part was very nice for us, we could dry all of our canyoning gear there over night.

The apartment is modern. Very well designed. Comfortable rooms and fully equipped kitchen. Has a nice outside area and a parking spot just in front of the apartment. Petros has greeted us in person and was very caring and extremely helpful during our stay. Totally recommended!

Everything was wonderful with the apartment, very clean, pretty, had lots of useful things like kettle, toaster, and microwave, amazing view of the lake and mountains from the balcony. Great location to walk into the centre, secure gated parking too, so everything you need. Chrissa was extremely helpful and a wonderful host. Would love to come back and stay again.

Fantastic home in beautiful Përmet. Great value with everything you need. The owner of the property, Marsida, is lovely. She is very helpful and accommodating. I had such a great 3 month stay here; I'd definitely come back. Përmet really is such a beautiful place.

The house is in the center of Ioannina next to the Prefecture. Very clean and beautiful place. It even had a gym mattress and weights! Dimitris and his father always responded very quickly to my messages.
