Our 55 m² basement apartment is located in the annex of an old building in Bad Honnef-Rhöndorf, right at the foot of the Drachenfels and only a few meters from the Rhine. When you leave the apartment, you can see the vineyards on the slopes of the Siebengebirge. The location offers a very pleasant living and quality of life. Here you will feel comfortable and come to rest, far away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Bright detached apartment in the immediate vicinity of the Rhine, quietly located in the countryside. Accessible through the garden (shared use possible). We are a family of 5 with a playful dog and 2 cats and are happy to give tips for a nice holiday. We are hosts with body and soul. The city center (cathedral...) is easily accessible by public transport and by bike (can be provided). Shops serving everyday needs can be found within walking distance. Welcome to the beautiful wine village of Oberdollendorf. The self-contained 90 sqm apartment is located on the 1st floor of a 2-family house at the foot of the Petersberg 1 bedroom approx. 16 sqm with a 180 x 200 bed 1 bedroom approx. 16 square meters with two 100 x 200 beds 1 bathroom, kitchen, office corner, 1 large dining-living area of about 35 square meters, with flat-screen TV and cozy corner sofa. ... and a balcony overlooking Bonn and the vineyards! Parking is free in our street!

The apartment on the 2nd floor with a bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom has 40 sqs, 1/4 of which is under the sloping roof. The 20sqm roof terrace has an unobstructed view to the west and east. The house, built in 1893, is located in a quiet residential area. Only about 6 minutes walk from the Rhine and the train station (Cologne/Koblenz). A tram station to Bonn, Siegburg and Bad Honnef and the pedestrian zone with a bakery, groceries and restaurants is about a 7-minute walk.

Quietly located, bright apartment near the Rhine with park view and small sun terrace. Opposite Siebengebirge, near Drachenburg Castle (known as the filming location of Babylon Berlin) and Drachenfels, high recreational value. Conveniently located: Mehlem-Lannesdorf regional train station about a 10-minute walk, bus stop to Godesberg or Bonn center about 250 m. The price includes the accommodation tax required by the city of Bonn at 7% (always more expensive...) = tourism tax.

Living and vacationing in the middle of the Siebengebirge

Our bright and friendly apartment is located in the middle of the Siebengebirge, directly below the Oelberg in Königswinter-Heisterbacherrott, directly next to the nature reserve and is the ideal starting point for many hikes and mountain bike tours in our beautiful surroundings, e.g. to the Oelberg, Petersberg, Drachenfels or Löwenburg. Our apartment measures about 50 square meters and has its own entrance. The apartment has a private parking space and a small front garden.

Circus wagon on the sheep pasture

Surrounded by trusting sheep, our circus wagon stands under a roof of maple trees. An exceptional place to stay with panoramic views for 1–2 adults. Sheep cuddling included! If you want to hike, cycle or slow down, you are in the right place in Windecker Ländchen. The circus trailer is located on a separate property behind our house on our sheep pasture. Private access & parking available. Every 30 minutes S-Bahn connection to Cologne (1 hour to the Koelnmesse).

Relaxing country vacation in the Siebengebirge or pleasant business stay in our beautiful, bright studio apartment (approx. 50 m²) in a quiet environment with separate entrance and outdoor seating. The apartment is located in the Königswinter mountain area at the foot of the Ölberg and is the perfect starting point for hikes. It is ideal for a small family, hikers or cyclists. There are a variety of excursions to the nearby or more distant surroundings.

Quietly located, large, bright room on two levels with a cozy living area and a workspace. The upper sleeping area can be reached via a wide wooden staircase. The property includes a bathroom and balcony. The Rhine promenade can be reached on foot in 5 minutes, to the center of Beuel it is about 10 minutes. ( Cafes, restaurants, shops, supermarkets). By bus ( stop in 3min.fussweg reachable) you can be in about 12-15min. in the city center of Bonn.

Unkel is a great starting point for a variety of activities on the Rhine, in the Siebengebirge or in Bonn. In addition, the Westerwald, the Ahr, the Eifel, Phantasialand or Cologne are ideal for excursions. We are happy to give tips!
