Here you will feel comfortable and come to rest, far away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The apartment on the 2nd floor with a bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom has 40 sqs, 1/4 of which is under the sloping roof. The 20sqm roof terrace has an unobstructed view to the west and east. The house, built in 1893, is located in a quiet residential area. Only about 6 minutes walk from the Rhine and the train station (Cologne/Koblenz). A tram station to Bonn, Siegburg and Bad Honnef and the pedestrian zone with a bakery, groceries and restaurants is about a 7-minute walk.

Beautiful SmartHome apartment in a very central location but yet quiet. Shops and restaurants are in walking distance. It takes about a five minutes walk to reach Godesberg city center. The apartment is full of light because of the large windows, with a beautiful view on the Siebengebirge. Modern interior including SmartHome devices. Attention: this is my private home, I have a significant interest to understand, who is coming and that my belongings are treated properly by visitors.

Simple but functionally furnished, clean room with daylight in the basement of our single-family home in Altenkirchen/Ww. Private bathroom 2 steps across the hall opposite the room. The hallway leads to our basement rooms, which means we sometimes have to go through the hallway. Mini kitchen. Wi-Fi. TV. Near DRK Altenheim. A travel bed can be added to the bed (1.40 x 2.00, for two people to sleep) if necessary. For guests with a baby, a reservation is possible after consultation.

The price includes the 6% accommodation tax required by the city of Bonn = tourist tax.

The apartment is located in the Königswinter mountain area at the foot of the Ölberg and is the perfect starting point for hikes. It is ideal for a small family, hikers or cyclists. There are a variety of excursions to the nearby or more distant surroundings.

Both on business trips and on vacation, our fine, well-equipped apartment offers pleasant comfort in the wine and cultural city of Unkel am Rhein. Unkel is a great starting point for a variety of activities on the Rhine, in the Siebengebirge or in Bonn. In addition, the Westerwald, the Ahr, the Eifel, Phantasialand or Cologne are ideal for excursions. We are happy to give tips!

Also the Königswinterer Old Town with great coffees (Kaufmannsladen, Sarah's etc.) is within minutes. Ideal transport links to Bonn and Cologne (train & subway & highway within 1 min). Vacation in the heart of Rhöndorf

This unique half-timbered house in the heart of Rhöndorf can be booked by 2-6 people. You will only get all 3 rooms and 2 bathrooms if you book for 5 adults or more. Otherwise, 2 adults are always counted per room. It is located on our private farm right next to our own estate tavern and opposite our Rhöndorf inn. You can also rent e-bikes on request or taste our wines from the Weingut Haus im Turm in our estate tavern.
