In the foothills of the Ore Mountains, not far from Karlovy Vary and Klínovec, we have transformed a historic barn into a unique space for shared moments, tranquility, and relaxation. The location is great for trips to the mountains (Jáchymov, Boží Dar or Oberwiesenthal) as well as for exploring the surrounding area. A generous common area awaits you with views of the countryside, a fireplace, a long table for shared breakfasts and dinners, a sauna (from 09/2026), and two separate bedrooms. We have a hot tub available on the terrace (use for an extra fee).

In winter you can enjoy skiing, from spring to autumn a trail park, cycling and hiking in beautiful nature. Please note that you will be required to pay a mandatory tourist tax of CZK 50 per night for each person over the age of 18.

Located in Sehmatal-Cranzahl, thanks to its central location in the Central Ore Mountains, it is the ideal starting point for discovering the Ore Mountains with their diverse attractions and the surrounding nature. In the building from 1905 marriages were celebrated and official business was done in the past. From 1917 to 2005 it served as the town hall for the community.

20 years ago we renovated this house, which is one of the oldest in the city, with a lot of our own work. Our 4 children have breathed a lot of life into it all. Nostalgic cottage right on the Zschopau

We'd like to introduce you to Ortrud. This older lady was built in 1820. It is named after its previous owner, the village school teacher, who spent her life in this "Haisel." Since July 2021, we have been building and renovating our cottage. We have tried to preserve the nostalgic charm and combine it with modern details. If you feel comfortable in such an atmosphere, you are in good hands and very welcome in our Ortrud.
