The town center with its restaurants is nearby, offering a true holiday atmosphere. Kitzbühel is only 5 km away.

Whether you simply want to enjoy the peace and sun or be active in sports: everyone gets their money's worth with us! Our house by the lake offers its own parking, air conditioning, terrace as well as private lake access with sandy beach and enough space for 4 people - private and in a top location for the Salzburg lake and mountain landscape as well as the festival city of Salzburg.

On the first floor, you enter the guest house in a spacious anteroom (open to the upper floor), which serves as a wardrobe. On the right hand is an extra bedroom with a small bathroom (shower and toilet). (bookable from 3 people!) A wooden staircase leads to the upper floor: a gallery anteroom leads to a bedroom; a bathroom; a toilet; a spacious kitchen with dining table and then into a spacious living room. Total size approx. 140 m² (Shared use of the swimming area is permitted)

Adventure Bavaria's Burg Loft

Adventure Bavaria's BurgLoft dates back the 1540 and is in a cluster of some of the oldest houses in Oberaudorf. Don't worry though, during the Pandemic Lockdown, we have completely renovated the Guesthouse down to even the plumbing and heating, ITS ALL NEW! Its all updated and its ready to go. ***We are not a Party House, Please no JGA/Bachelor Parties***. A few cozy beers with friends and family is more the vibe of our street and style. Our vacation home was completely renovated in 2019 and is very close to the lake. With 2 SUPs, small boat, sauna, rain shower, bathtub, mountain and lake views, wooden terrace, balcony, fenced garden, electric car charging station. Over 3 floors: Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, living area with fully equipped kitchen and a hobby room with sofa bed.

Penthouse Waterside lake and mountain view Zell am See

The lovingly built apartment 'Penthouse Waterside' is located on the sunny side of the lake in Thumersbach overlooking the Schmittenhöhe, Lake Zell and the Pinzgau mountains. Modernly equipped, with east and south balcony, ski/bicycle room, infrared cabin. Great location right on the lake, a few minutes' walk to the beach and supermarket.

Der Abreisetag wird nicht gerechnet! Die Tourismusabgabe von 3,10 pro Tag und pro Person sind vor Ort bar zu bezahlen!
