Surrounded by a large garden, it is a perfect refuge for those who want to relax in nature, surrounded by the noise of trees and the singing of birds. It's also a great base for walks, mountain hikes, and bike tours along the shores of the lake. There are 5 Icelandic cottages in the Settlement. Each cottage has a patio with a seating area and a barbecue. Cottages are fully equipped, including separate access to wifi, making it easy to connect with remote work. Each cottage has a spacious living room with a fireplace and a mezzanine, from which you can admire the panorama of the mountains during the day, while at night the sky full of stars. An additional advantage is the exterior, a year-round wood-burning mine.

The cottages are allocated randomly by the system: No. 157/157c/157 d - it is not possible to assign a cottage. We also offer a paid Jacuzzi.

Malá Praha in the center of Žilina

To save money on hotels, I renovated in 2012 the second apartment in the basement of our house to offer accommodation to artists and performers coming to Stanica & Nová synagóga art centres where I work. When it is free, travelers and tourists are welcome. We are in the town centre, in great neighborhood called Mala Praha (Little Prague), close to everything and quiet in the same time. I really like hosting guests.
